I would add that this applies to knowledge of price sensitive information that is known to the Board i.e what has been signed and is contractual such as the UK Gov contract, hence the RNS and our knowledge of its workings. It does not apply to what might be being discussed and as yet not signed off - non contractual.

I have just watched a live interview on Sky News with a National Care Home Executive saying she is happy to accept approx 76% efficacy of a Lateral Flow Test to allow people to visit their elderly relatives. The alternative was to provide a home sample for PCR to be analysed at a lab and then confirmed one way or the other within 48 hours.
IMO, this is an utterly incomprehensible and shameful decision when NCYT have such a superior product available on both efficacy and speed that will, put as bluntly as I can state, save lives, and way beyond what will undoubtedly play out if the false negatives are allowed to run riot in the 14,000 Nationwide Care Homes that this would be rolled out into.
Please can anyone with any influence guide these misguided individuals in the right direction before another appalling play on our old, infirm and defenceless relatives is allowed to become reality.

The past few sessions have told us all we need to know in the absence of an RNS.
Keep it simple ladies and gentleman, follow the ‘in the know’ money and enjoy the ride.

Agreed with your view on the re-rating Bwana which will come when it comes although I think there has been too much focus here on the Uk.
There are huge opportunities worldwide and we know we have the partner network to capitalise on it. The US though, has to be an immediate focus as it has the potential to put us in an even more stratospheric place if the contracts can get signed up.
Biden is keen to impress, we just need to push on that open door and secure the deals.

I would love to know how our partners across the pond are getting on with signing up contracts.
Given the news on how bad Covid is and with Biden’s stated objective in ramping up testing to get on top of it , this should be a massive opportunity for NCYT that has to be grasped and arguably could match or exceed the contracts we have signed with UK Gov.

Pfizer’s CEO sells £4.5m of shares on the day he announces they have a possible vaccine, NCYT’s SP drops accordingly and our CEO purchases approx £500k in the ensuing and irrational reaction.
Not too difficult to fathom where the value remains, is it?

If GM’s purchase doesn’t convince you of the future direction and inherent value within NCYT nothing will.
Day to day fluctuations for the SP will happen, that’s just how it is. The actual value will be reflected soon, patience is all that is needed..

NCYT has developed its own version of Pfizer’s pending shot in the arm with Edwin Snape, Non Exec who has detailed knowledge of the company’s finances and prospects, lest we need to be reminded, taking up an increased shareholding.

All, I apologise, I didn’t say that my previous posts were what stood out to me as the important sound bites/ takeaways from this mornings live webcast for Q3 and the Q&A that followed.
In summary, it was very impressive and the Board members contributing today gave a clear impression of unity and common sense of purpose. I couldn’t help but feel that there is a lot more to come and they are very driven by what they can achieve in the immediate, near term and beyond.

The T Mobile win will feed into next year as ‘preparatory at this stage’

Lots of referencing of this Whopper which will only be reflected revenue wise in Q4 as it commenced in October

Newer markets running at 50%, America’s is ‘super high’ at 80%.
MS ‘it’s an irritant not to be included in pitches’ but backing ‘conversion at scale’ to overcome this.

Advised not in yet, should be next couple of days but early indications are that they are strong and show continued growth.
MS very bullish about 2021 and the 20 2 Whopper target looks positive and achievable.

Scott Spirit has just said in his presentation that there are a number of mergers at due diligence stage and some are large.....he’s looking forward to updating us accordingly.

I am looking forward to the Q3 update and specifically hearing how we are progressing with the target of 20 Whoppers set previously by MS as this is clearly an important benchmark for the immediate direction of travel for the company.

So, this could be read that it is singular to the Education division or possibly a wider and full strategic revue for the whole company.
Not too difficult to understand given the lacklustre SP and excellent current trading. Furthermore, our largest shareholder might be agitating for action too particularly given how he pushed for the disposal.
Lombard increasing albeit a small amount and the SP moving positively despite the negative news all leads me to thinking there maybe something afoot.

If you look at NET revenues Omnicom was down 8% in Q3 and 8% ytd, not much different to some of the others, including WPP this morning. For some strange reason Omnicom doesn’t want to point to net revenues which excludes pass through costs.
