The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
ha ha. couldn,t stop laughing there. everyone in the office staring at me now.
the reporter must have misnterpreted that rns re: rule 2.9 announcement yesterday. Not true
The wording of the rns made it more worrying than it really was. I think its the nomad's duty to include these phrases so they don't get in trouble later. We know dcp has been offered that 500k by multiple investors, so I think management simply want the least dilution. We may get that £3 million financing at 3p soon. If they can release an rns like "Petra to buy DCP at 10p .. to be agreed" that would even be better .... raise at a much higher price & then bugger-off to bidder. LOL
DB will wait for this coal to stabilise before this happens. I think this will have to come online now as the others have pointed out that we may be too late in buying another asset.
same here preventing me to add even at this low price. MNG spent $90 million total now (including $5 million in fees on ASLI??? etc ... So its back in their hands). Why didn't they just takeover. Could be because they knew that they would have to raise a lot more (including the takeover price) to get this going - so they kept us. If MNG are simply here to make this a profitable business (& nothing else in mind) then I think its definitely a buy (& obviously as long as POG is stable). But before buying now, I would definitely wait till the new shares are issued.
i was angry it didn,t hit 45p. LOng term it should be good. It all depends on pog.
Anyone with more than 1% holdings MUST fill in this form by law? http://www.thetakeoverpanel.org.uk/disclosure/disclosure-forms Valency & Jaf ... you need to fill these in LOL
Does anyone know what they are please? II's buying?
in total 15 mill shares. Could that be for the funds of 500k at around 3p.
who told you th mine is not economic. Its designed for 25-50% margin. The main reason its here is due to all these 'unfortunate events' .... ground fall, truck fire, water damage which had cost a lot.
back in 2015? Paul Loudon stated that he would not accept anything below £120 million. But even if we get half.... my average is bloody 9p :(
even if it goes t*ts up, someone should really pay at least $30 - $50 million for this company. Including debt of $16 mill, that would give a price of 2p tp 6p.
Debt is around $80 million & that will stay the same. This could rocket with pog. The transformation is very expensive but at least it will survive.
how can companies like GSR (with mcap of £2 mill) raise $500k every 5-6 months for working capital. Have they heard of 'darwin capital??? PL said it could be transformative; hope he raises $10 million. Even with a billion shares, its better to be FULLY fully funded than just fully funded.
with costs coming down, this will become profitable quite quickly. MNG have poured more money so thats a good sign. 1.5p is probably the floor unless pog plummets.
AUEreus mining just raised $72 million: http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?shareprice=AUE&ArticleCode=95f3qqka&ArticleHeadline=US72_million_equity_fundraise why couldn't mr PL raise $500k. Total mystery?
well the fire on that truck did not help. just bad luck.
they probably agreed at 2p ish. But after the fall yesterday decided not to. Another rns could come in at any time today.
could it mean a stake sale of say 24% for $10 mill. Paul Loudon, CEO of DiamondCorp, declined to provide details of the discussions as they were confidential, but he said it was “potentially transformative”. http://www.miningmx.com/top-story/28211-diamondcorp-woes-deepen-mine-shut-safety-audit/
mini ice age should be good for coal .... the comments were funny? LOL. might consider going down under then. here's to world freeze. Unfortunately demand will plummet though.
