so someone is mopping up all the sells. It looks very supported at this price due to coal prices. But that support will only last as long as the remaining cash is there. According to last rns, they stated that ramp up of first phase will see production of 3.5 mtpa in 2017. Does that mean it WILL be in prod next year or just the construction. I'm not a mining expert. We will get there, LOL (or crying OL)

I reckon the investment will come sometime in september. Looking at last years rns's the Yishun investment came in at 21st sept. Maybe management are busiest after the holidays. They had $20 mill left in June & spent around $7 mill during first half (possibly including fees for universal takeover). So this should last until at least to end 2017. They really need to get their ass moving.

thanks for the links val. trans hex market cap is only $30 million. They have been in this game since 1980's and generating revenues of $50 million. I don't actually find this company appealing. How would they have financed the takeover (unless they tried to offer peanuts). However, this billionaire will probably be able to afford DCP at reasonable price, LOL. it will be brand new shares. probably another 500 million on top of 1.2 billion currently. however, the amount of new shares issued will depend on the issued price. if its like 2p, then more shares. I think, looking at the report, another $20 million needs to be raised.

why would mng be interested to buy a few million shares when they stated in the rns that a placing will be done and the fact that they will 'support' that (i.e. they will subscribe to the placing shares and possibly get 100's of millions).

Anyone guess how much this may fetch. $10 million ish. This sort of headline is not far away for dcp since they are getting type 2a's.
