Nothing this month£50k invested..First blank for a good while.....been very lucky with PB..won £10K In Oct 2022 draw as posted on here at the time...all tax free which is very useful...gla

..i did say IF....if interest rates have genuinely peaked with the prospect of rate decreases next year and inflation looking under control i believe there is a enormous amount of money that could be directed back to the stockmarkets...obviously current and possible world conflicts creating plenty of fear in the markets......like most on here i hold a portfolio of different stocks including lloyds.....re lloyds 50p + by/on the 23rd of feb 24 looking entirely possible....gla

What happens in the future with the money I will wait and see..for sure the 22nd Feb 24..Will be v interesting..in the meantime I'm enjoying the good news...gla

With the state pension increase there will be a number now of people paying tax on their state pension...from next April my SPwill be £13135.72p..tax free is £12570..so I will be liable for £113 tax ..there's quite a few in this situation I believe...fortunately it doesn't matter that much to me ..but the HMRC have never ever been on my Christmas list..lol
