Very interesting week for the banking sector ...friday was very positive regards NWB so expectations are high...expecting lloyds around 1.9p & 2b ..buyback.......gla

..didnt do the mkt any favours...possibly be a bit of profit taking before the close....gla have a good weekend.

..wil be interesting to see how the US reacts to the positive banks sp movements...US PPI later & Housing data worth watching.....pretty sure there will be profit taking at some time today.........at least the doomsters have had the morning off ....gla...

Looking more likely by the day the next govt will be labour ......hopefully Reeves would have seen what Kwarteng did to the markets when he started shooting from the hip.(some of truss growth ideas were quite good with more planning )...the delivery and timing& planning of Kwartengs speech /announcements was badly planned and delivered...........PS things looking better today gla.

...a mild and very shallow recession ATM...and still.the media want to whip up a doom and gloom frenzy.....people forget too easily the pandemic and how much it cost....gla

Not interested in day trading atm..too much time and effort for me nowadays...however any trader worth their salt should be in clover today gla

Labour probably get elected..if/when anything goes ti is up be prepared for up to 5yrs of the mantra "well we inherited that and the former tory government caused it"..im 67 soon unfortunately seen it all before..gla

...ive been wrong many times lol......if you wasn't invested here would you think the current level a good entry point ?...i would....the SP could as easily drop into the high 30's but then you would obviously add more......got a large amount of lloyds shares at a reasonable average but will be adding @around 40 if it gets there..........having a good look at other UK shares this morning.......i wouldnt be a day trader atm....but are there some good medium term investments to be made atm imvho.......gla.

Back from a brilliant long holiday i notice the 2 worst British traits are alive and well 1)Negativity 2)Envy....they seem very prevelant on this board atm.......bull or bear market ...tory or labour...etc etc doesn't seem to matter... the same people are making money and creating wealth...ever wondered why ?.....gla...
