LLand.....In actual fact a good friend of mine is having a problem with some nasty unscrupulous landlords...hes Mother refuses to move out of the inner city area where we was all brought up..he/she own the house ,however houses are being bought up around her by landlords all asian/african i think and they are turning those properties into multi occupancy rooms within the house....theres a court case ongoing about whether its been done legally /safely....anyways the area is a mess ...unrecognisable gl.

Powell is scheduled to speak at 11:25 a.m. ET Friday.

Thats the sort of level im looking at ....possible imo....confidence getting shot to pieces everywhere atm...if 50s doesnt happen i will leave it ..plenty of opportunities elsewhere......gla

The consensus was 25bp cut....looks like everything is up in the air atm........wonder how the Trump /powell relationship is going to pan out..........gla.

US employment data tomorrow...plenty to look at ...APPLE shares could fall as much as 7-8% on opening ..However at close yesterday they were 32% UP in the last year....interesting to see Musk may be taking a back seat ....not dipped enough for me to buyback any of my recent sells including Lloyds....gla

The basic fundamentals like the normal very important data ie the US employment data this Friday 4th plus the US ISM manufacturing/services pmi data this week are a very small noise in the background atm.......its all about Trump,tariffs etc etc etc... Trump is very unpredictable this is a very very hard market to call atm....gla.
