"That’s a return to ZEN of £3.2 million cash for initial payment of £83k cash (total over 6 months of £500,000, if they pay the rest of it). Justification is that SNPC won't pay AAOG to whom the money is owed :-)) But for some strange reason will pay it to ZEN..."
Unfortunately that is a pretty accurate summary Skittish. The Zen offer is insulting and merely a stepping stone to the double act.
Curious. You could have saved ink.... »who cares » (what Curious thinks) would have sufficed.
All makes sense Tiburn.
Zen offer is an attempt to kick us whilst we are down. Beware of the subliminal suggestion of the « Zen deal ». It is merely a derisory offering.
Are the votes pro rata or does one share hold the same weight as the business investors?
It occurred to me that the bad news in the mid December RNS was bundled together to manipulate the dramatic share price plummet with a plan in mind. I didn’t see how it made sense at the time but now....
Thank you itisagame
So, I live in France and have #AAOG shares in an account with Halifax. How do I vote without physically attending the EGM?
Agreed Lucy. I did post similar earlier today hoping for a response from more seasoned investors as to whether or not this is being officially investigated.
Does anyone know if any relevant authorities are investigating #aaog?

I don’t agree, Tiburn. Perhaps you are in over your head. If we get shafted day one then we loose money and self respect. Zen would push and push. £500k of Zen shares have little potential. £4m from SNPC for £1m ticket price.
Shrewd Dude, that makes sense. All the few thousand here and there will add up. I would rather bin my shares than give them to Zenith or ATOG.
Only had a quick glance through the suggested deal. It seems terrible. ZEN is a small company. Pitiful offer to AAOG shareholders.
How's the skiing? Fallen over yet?
My recent quote from Zenith's website about them having the fore sight to purchase a rig for internal drills has been taken down.
Does the board have the right to sell the 56% stake at this stage?
I was curious about the whereabouts of Zermatt. Part from the potentially dangerous skiing, there is a Dignitas clinic not so far away.
Father Christmas?
Good to see some suggestions bouncing round here today. I too see no point in giving up whilst the share price is peanuts.
Angela, fair comment. I was wrong and apologise to you.
