Hi Proffit, I saw Oilman Jim’s tweet also. I couldn’t find any mention outside of share sites. Ask him to elaborate.
For anyone using a share dealing account - they will take proxy instructions over the 'phone once you are past security, it only takes a minute. Please don’t think that a few thousand shares doesn’t matter - they will all help.
RJ82, good evening. How do you feel about blanking off the personal details of the letter and sharing it on here and/or better still a scan on Twitter. I believe it would help any un-decided private shareholders to vote against Zen.
Either way thank you for posting this info.
Just come in from the garden and had a quick check on the shambles.
Barn has hit the nail on the head. Sending all the genuine folk an imaginary drink. Karma will prevail.
Well Mudpump, the market disagrees with you and thinks that the Zen scheme is a terrible idea.
I take back my comments about giving the lady a chance to do the decent thing.
How many votes are needed for a resolution to get rid of her?
Hey Tedious...I heard that there is an increase in minimum wage due in the UK soon. Don't forget to tell your boss. Perhaps he will give you a few more pence for working Sunday nights.
BurtonD, thank you for posting the link. I think that Doc Holiday’s point about Sarah Cope being excessively blamed for Berwick and Sefton’s actions is valid. Now is her time to step up and disprove any link between her work and theirs.
Marty, I don’t expect anyone minds the BOD doing well financially out of AAOG if indeed the shareholders also get a decent return. What’s is objected to is the recent dodgy dealings and the continued disrespect which is being shown.
We have already been shafted. There is no illusion. The longer term shareholders are aware of this and don’t need Codey or Curous to point this out. Bravo aren’t you perfect? This won’t be the last mistake I make in my life and when I pop off and become worm food none of this bollx will matter.
What we can try to avoid though is further lining the pockets of the scum. Selling 80% of the company along with it’s unpaid invoices will do exactly that. The small scale holders need to vote against the paltry ZEN offer. Then we can at least have the self-respect of knowing that WE did our best.
Keep your chin up, Tiburn. It’s not over yet :)
There have been some smart musings already this morning...Irishmouse, Tiburn, Edgar. It is good to see the debate rising from the nonsense arguing last night.
Are you guys up for a part-time advisory job? :) Why can’t the BOD think outside the box?
Are you this punchable in real life, Tedious99?
Plenty of spare cash in that part of town, Curious - as you well know. Try again.
I believe that Merlin’s heart is in the right place. Any interested share holders should send their contact details to Align in order to be c.c.’d into these emails.
For anyone using a Halifax share dealing account - they will take proxy instructions over the 'phone once you are past security, it only takes a minute.
:)
I was browsing through the ZEN board also, Irish. The shareholders don't seem happy generally - another reason for AAOG to avoid the ZEN team.
Any AAOG shareholders who are still unsure should take a look at the ZEN chat pages. Ill feeling and distrust from their holders towards the ZEN management.
Out of the frying pan into the fire?
It doesn’t make an 80% sell off any more palatable.
