Derampers will be out in force this morning ladies and gents. Just remember Avacta have done everything they need to re the test and validation is on its way - whether that be this afternoon, tomorrow, next week or the week after. Hold those shares tight its going to be a fun September.

No need for an RNS when you can see the demand for what will probably be an inferior test. We won’t add the 20-30billion to the mcap that Abbott have but I’m sure there will be 1/2 extra on the release of the LFT.

Hold and wait boys, hold and wait.

Just a few points:

There is currently no test on the market that remotely resembles what avacta are trying to do. The only one ‘near’ to it is SONA’s and we’ve seen the underwhelming s&s which they’ve produced.

It takes well over a year normally to do what Avacta are doing with the LFT. The question shouldn’t be how soon can they get it out but how well can they do it. I think all signs have indicated that it’s going to have very strong performance.

Covid is here to stay for the next couple of years, there is no need to rush a test to market that could be outdone in 4/8 weeks when there’s long term sales potential.

I understand the frustration that’s come about due to AS’s ambitious timeline, but it’s a positive that they’re taking time to get this right.

To people who worry when you wake up at 7am and don’t see an RNS, or panic every time it falls 5/6p - do you really understand what you’re invested in?

The last couple of days have been brilliant, not necessarily for the SP as we’re (somehow!) lower than this time last week. We’ve gained two key updates regarding the LFT that should all but squash any worries that investors had around the test not making it to market.

It’s now clear that not only do we have a test, we have a test that will most likely meet the expectations AS set for his team and will be produced in bulk with BBI/other manufactures.

I daresay we’ll have a quiet week or so whilst they begin validation and prepare to scale up manufacturing. That’s not to say that those who got in today/yesterday shouldn’t feel quite lucky to have caught this gem at its current SP.

Tipster...What system changes would be required to implement a LFT that takes 10 minutes?

Another Ill-informed post on the board this AM

Not to bump my own post but I feel it’s necessary when you see the posts from the likes of Zebrajeremy and alwayswinning.

Ask yourself why they feel such a need to spend their precious time tearing down a stock with misinformation, and then remind yourself why you bought that same stock whether at a lower or higher price than the current SP.

Also doesn’t help us been shown as 6% down due to the 1 share at 136 last night.

Morning all

First time poster but quite different to the ones we saw swarm onto the BB yesterday. I’ve been in AVCT for a few months now after being turned onto it by some mates and often use this board to gauge the perception of others.

Yesterday was a bit of a car crash in that sense, with derampers and rampers alike spewing misinformation in an attempt to improve their position in Avct. Just remember that everyone has a reason for posting (even myself with this) and you yourself had a reason for taking up a position in Avct. Don’t let some wrong’un change it for you.
