Agree with OAMOT. Any conversation of a placing is pure conjecture in hope of spooking shareholders. Not sure you’ll have much luck given recent news .

Have a look at my past posts - clearly not deramping just voicing a concern I’ve developed and wondering how others feel.

Today’s RNS shows that quite simply the commercial acumen of the top dogs at AVCT is not up to scratch. I have no doubt about the product or the scientific capabilities of AS and his team. Honestly hearing the man talk about the company excites me as much as any investor.

However, the constant delays, false promises and mistakes diminish my willingness to hold all shares on long-term basis, i.e post covid contracts. I was once of the mindset that I’d be invested until a large pharma takeover but now I’m not so sure.

Do not take this as a deramp but more so a query into how other investors feel given recent missed promises?

It's a fake - impossible for the MHRA to share that information and probably illegal for the company to not RNS it. Someone trying to get in on the cheap!

Don’t get me wrong I’m not saying the corporate value is $90bn. I’m just trying to get my head around the RNS and that’s where I came to on the figures stated. It’s a tough read and one someone far smarter than me will need to explain.

The asset value is $120bn and therefore Eurasias 75% stake would come out at $90bn.

No doubt. £374m as a manufacturing contract - imagine the number that’s coming Avacta’s way and that’s just in the UK.

I agree Lee a great summarisation of what we’ve got on our hands.

I do however struggle with posts like the above on the board, complete hearsay and no actual link to us as a company. It’s consistently resulted in the board being full of derampers bathing in the glory of us ‘missing’ a meaningless deadline/opportunity.

I don’t hold the opinion that some do and believe the Gov have us as their shining light.

I think they will if AS can prove the test is as good as he’s stated. I personally believe him but time will tell.

In my view this is really good for us. We were always behind the 8 ball on timing for the tender and now likely to be allocated in a contract more favourable for our release date.

I find it so strange to see LTH’s bemoan daily SP movement. If you’ve been here for any decent amount of time you’ve seen everything from 80p to £2 and most amounts a few times.

Until there’s CV and S/S it’s unfair to expect any real SP movement given past delays.

This sums up the potential we have here for me. If Avacta can get the numbers right the revenue will be multiples and multiples of the the current marketcap.

I doubt that we’re part of the 6 tests that the government will announce this morning but long term 67 mass testing sites and a £43b budget means this is only heading one way.

Just need Al to get it done .

In my eyes this all but confirms what AS said on Monday, he’s taken his time made the tests great and just a few more hoops need to be jumped through.

Hopefully this inept govt can get Bams through Condor at some point and avacta can begin to help the country to its feet. An exciting few months ahead.

Believe it or not it takes time to bring a world changing test to market. We don’t want to rush it and be useful for a month or two before a better test comes along. Let’s be that better test.

You can tell how confident he is that the clinical validation is just a simple hurdle to be completed. The ramp up of supply makes it clear that it’s not a matter of if we can produce but how many.

I was thinking the more deramping 120p group Sage rather than yourself, while I agree it’s unclear I don’t think it’s something to worry about. Unless you’ve heard word covid is disappearing in the next few weeks?

A great RNS this morning. The main two things for Avacta are producing a high performance test and meeting the demand for it. That is how us shareholders will be looking at +100/200% in our portfolios in the coming months. Whether the test is out tomorrow or this time next month further validation of its performance by new manufacturing partners is a huge positive.

On another note you can tell which of the day traders forgot to buy their shares back at 16:29 yesterday hahaha
