Hi all
I have been reading about the transition of funds from tech to more conventional stocks. There is also an article in the Times about the top uk stocks being very boring and people want more than dividends they want capital growth. I must admit that all the readings tell me that JLP is the stock to be in as when you come out of tech and you want capital growth in a sector that is used to divi,s there probably isn’t a better share to be in. Eventually PG THE COMPANY WILL START TO PAY DIVI,S.
Not that I want them I prefer capital growth very interesting times and maybe we are in for a good ride GLA

Hi all why bother responding to Bushey he is out of his Depth and as with all dreamers will always give a stupid response, if you ignore him he will hopefully go away although I do like Kaisers responses as they are factual and confirms the reason why so many people are in this share.
I just want to know why people sell as this will be a great investment unless there is a black swan and even then people will look for companies who are profitable but more importantly generate cash. Good luck all

Thanks for your response. I am annoyed because I still very much believe in the Company and it will make a lot of money and will grow quickly compared to other mining Companies so that is the reason I hold millions of shares. But and it seems to be a big but. Seeing as I was in the comms, IR and ESG business and did work for the likes of Rio, BA Anglo and others and seeing as I was asked to give advice to JLP regarding this situation they seem to do all the wrong things regarding news driven items and share price protection. This is a fabulous Company, it will make fortunes but the way they go about the above issues are pathetic and insulting and they seem to not want to face it. They have appointed a new PR Company which I know are a decent bunch . It's like saying I bought something for £1 and sold it for £1.50, However if it was done properly you could have got £3 for it and this is the way to do it and this is the way to prove it. Some people will say well I made 50p, I would say I lost toe opportunity to make £2.50p to £3.00. Today most people were expecting a questions and answer forum. Billy Boy posted quite a few questions and I know loads of people asked about clarity and comms. What did we get A regurgitation of the presentation that we all know, crap coming from Colin and 4 answers about Inyoni, PGm's Copper. To me that is just not good enough and it makes all of us look like fools. Maybe I am a fool and if so I must recalibrate my expectations but when I read such nonsense about the rainbow of this and that when realistically they said nothing for 45 minutes it just makes my blood boil

Just another point. The last RNS was that they were going to put a group of people together to decide global growth.
WHOOPPIIII !!! So bloody what !! Leon has been talking Chile and Australia for years. One of the board members was appointed and stayed in Australia over 2 years ago to find deals. None have happened. Most PLC's have people looking for aquisitions or deals. So What!! they don't send out an RNS about it. Colin's thoughts about what they look for in this supposed global domination group regarding risks ,costs , profit, relationships, etc etc is what anyone looks for in any deal whether it's a corner shop looking at footfall or Glencore looking for big deals. What's so bloody new it all this. They are in my opinion doing this because a deal backfired so they had to do something. Again I truly believe that they company will grow and make a lot of money but the way they treat the private investor as terrible. I am amazed that others don't see it

It seems I upset some people by saying that the presentation was a waste of time.
We already know about the PGM's and Windsor and getting more money without the Eland deal.
We already know about the Chrome
I was amazed to hear that Colin was congratulating everyone on the team for being On TIME and Budget with Roan.
We don't know about the budget side of it but Roan was supposed to be finished already and ramping up as far as the RNS's have said in the past and now it's the 1st Quarter of 2022.That's what bloody annoys me with JLP.
I would be far happier and accept if they said Roan is late because of delivery and conditions , nothing we could have done etc etc. But NO they take us for idiots and that is what makes me lose trust. The Company are ding well and will get bigger and more profitable, that's a given. PGm's will do well price dependant. Copper will be bigger then PGM's. Well we knew that over 6 months ago. Cobalt will be bigger than Copper that is obvious with Cobalt being over $ 60k a ton but will we all live long enough to see it. I respect Leon as an engineer but he keeps taking us for fools. When the judgement on Dilikong was made available and everyone read the Judges paper it was not good for JLP,either regarding ownership, costs or price but Leon said that the paper was wrong and it was good for JLP. How can say to him that he is wrong when if you say one bad thing he will never communicate with you again. And then you get Colin, well enough said

Please stop beg so stupid and ramping all the time, that was a rubbish presentation and told us nothing.
No reply to any one of Billy Boy's questions nothing about reporting and I know for a fact that loads of people have sent
questions about communicating and quarterly reporting. And you say fantastic!! Unreal

I understand and appreciate what you are saying, however when the Company is expanding so
quickly and has issued the shares that they have over the last 2-3 years it would help not only the
private investor but it would also help the Company to let investors understand and acknowledge
the pace of change and where their money is going, especially when you are in a sector that seems so
important to world issues. When questioning Leon he said that the FD did not want to do it because
of the time lag from selling PGM's and getting the money. If that is the case then how come SLP and Tharrisa
can supply the market with excellent communication and description of everything. It just makes you more
suspicious when you are new to the Company. This is a great Company and Leon is very good at his job but you must
surely acknowledge yourself that the figures and reporting always leaves you scratching your head because of not
really understanding. I can read a balance sheet although I am nowhere near an accountant but clarity and transparency
means everything especially on AIM I am not trying to deramp as I hold a very large position here I'm just being honest

I congratulate you on your list of questions. Your latest one regarding communication
and quarterly figures will not be commented on by Leon. I have spoken to him until I am
totally exhausted regarding figures and communication as that was my business, IR
and ESG which was originally called sustainability. I employed 60 people doing it for
UK PLC's. I have emailed Leon over 30 times and when he was employed I dealt with Gareth
Owen who asked for my advice. If they communicated correctly and did not leave more questions
than answers the SP would be in the 20's My last email to Leon was last week about exactly what you
have been asking for... No response as normal. Good Luck and happy new year

I was never a choir boy myself but in any event I would only polish my own cannon if needed.
I am also NOT an insider, and if I was I would not be stupid enough to post on any board.
I have a hunch and think it best not to disclose my thoughts but I will be honest if something
happens to say if I was right or not. Let's see what happens

I agree with your thought, the only thing that will stop it is if they accelerate Zambia with Copper and Cobalt and have
double the free cash flow. As I said 10 mins ago, there is a big cannon being polished at the moment if my hunch is correct.
I will not say what my hunch is but it's not in Zambia

If my hunch is correct I think the biggest cannon of all will be introduced.

No One can doubt the share price rise over the last 3 years, however we are greatly undervalued.
Even the Directors have been saying this when we were 18p. Being an Aim Company makes you have to
work harder at comms than anywhere else. There are so many areas that could be talked about that would put
us firstly in the green Zone, secondly as a forward thinking technical Company. thirdly cement us outside being a miner
Fourthly help to communicate with funds that want to deal with Companies that don't just pay lip service to the problems
we have on the planet (why don't they start Kabwe? Etc Etc

Look at the market reaction to a nothing RNS, that speaks volumes

We are all allowed our points of view so I will respect your thought. Have you met Leon?
He certainly will not drop down from CEO that is Fact. A CEO or a Director of a PLC be it on AIM
or otherwise should understand the meaning of communication to shareholders, whether they
are engineers or pharmacists. If they don't then they should get an experienced person to help.
Not when they are tiny like 2 years ago but when they are producing exceptional profits and a fast
growing then they have a duty to try and be as honest and transparent as possible with some integrity.
This is not being naive, look at the way SLP or Tharrisa communicate and they do it on a quarterly
basis so there is no reason why we can't, other than he doesn't want to. We need a new strong Chairman
who is experienced to get this Company to act like it cares for the shareholder and is grown up enough to
talk the talk. This is sadly lacking. Leon employed Tavistock 6 months ago for PR, so he is paying a retainer
what for? he had someone doing the PR internally who left, Why? he is doing it himself now, so he obviously
does not see the importance of it. God give me strength, this is a fabulous company with a great story to tell
They just don't want to tell it. They want to keep everyone in the dark Why??
