Hello All
Please can someone advise, Am I correct in thinking that the Company or Veloso have not yet got licence to
mine or dredge or whatever they do, I say this because seeing as the situation in the Country is so volatile and
if I were the Company that wants to purchase Velosi out right or Velosi and PFP out right I would want to wait until
there was a working licence in place so the deal will viable. This if it is the case may take a few more months to happen
Anyone got any thoughts on this

What possible update could they give that would not be deemed to be inside the Closed period.
If they said things were going well or badly it would affect the share price

The way I'm looking at it is that if there was no deal then they HAVE to announce it. So I can only presume that the Company that they have chosen are either taking their time or the way they are doing it may be complicated, for instance they may want to buy out the General and keep the AIM PLC, or they may have to buy the whole lot and they must sort out the Tax benefits etc etc. The thing is they HAVE to do a deal of some sorts or else the General, his daughter the other partner and Pathfinder and Richard lose everything, what's the point in that

I don't think that anyone is allowed to specifically say anything regarding what is going on as it's a close period
I do know that certain people have recently been in SA and that if the deal fell through they would have to disclose

Thank you so much for your quick projections however to me they are not really worth going through
as we don't exactly know when they are going to start producing and how long they will take to get no
nameplate capacity or what the price of the metals will be when selling or what grades they may be which will
change the prices etc etc. What we do know is that whatever they produce should have a 40% or 50% margin
and that if we can get off takes as well it will help the bottom line.
I'm not saying don't do your sums I'm just saying that there are so many angles we just don't know

I appreciate what you have said but I just can't fathom out why anyone other than a trader would wait for a share to go down just a little bit from 4.62 to 4.00 to sell and buy in again as you don't know that this is what will happen. Take today for instance, why are people buying many more than selling, how do you know that you haven't missed the boat.
If you think JM is a good share and most are saying that with the Profit forecasts it COULD be one of the best at the moment just stay in knowing that things go up and down but the medium to long term is fantastic. Again apologise if you think I am being rude

You are correct, I said in a post over the weekend, if they had done the placing when they announced the purchase of the chrome the shares would have risen and then they would bring the figures out 2 days later. They have been badly advised
and that is stupid on their behalf. I will be bringing this up when I meet Leon. But to go on and on about a PI wanting the same price as an II is naive.. Good luck and here's to 10p come April

Everyone is entitled to their opinion however you are making such a big noise about nothing. The placement was done
and sent out quickly because of a leak. The monies are going towards building fine chrome units.
Institutional Investors are worth a lot more than PI's. Deal with it and understand that all of us are along for the ride and we are not important. You really are making yourself sound petty and stupid all for the sake of half a Pence.
This share will sail through 6p soon when people realise the monies that are being made and I suppose when the next placing happens to buy more Tailings you will want Leon and Colin to call you to see if you are OK with it.

I'm not sure what you are pointing out. I know for a fact that over 50% of the shares are held by Institutions
some larger holdings than a lot of people think. For a PI holding 1 million shares is probably not a lot anyway
and as far as your comment on people selling or buying that is what makes a market.
As far a not allowing to let JM issue shares, that is a nonsense. If they issued £10 million worth of shares
to buy £75 million of profits you would have no complaints from me or anyone else.
If they raised £2 million to keep the lights on then that's another problem but they now have momentum
and profits and growth and institutions behind them and money in the bank and a good CEO.
The only thing they have done wrong as far as I am concerned is they should of mentioned the placing when the agreed the Chrome deal and then got the figures out a day or so later then we would be above 5p
The way they have done it looks like shafting people after good news, but you must understand that they only care about
Institutions not us bottom feeders. This is the same with any PLC

Firstly, if you read the top of the latest RNS, ther was a leak about the fund raising so they got it out quickly.
That does not mean in any way that I approve of the way that they have done it.If they had told the market that they had purchased the chrome right for £16million and they are doing a placing for £6m then everyone would understand and be happy and the SP would be much stronger with the figures out. Private Investors and you of all people should understand that we are catfish, bottom feedes and institutions will always come first second and third and what you are saying at the moment is due to being angry and not sensible.
I am very vey annoyed but I am also trying to look at it rationally.if they had paid out of existing funds and something came up they would have to do an urgent cash call. I a so bloody annoyed about the way they have packaged this but you thinking that they give a damn about PI's is so wishful it is laughable. I ran a PLC and I only cared about institutions as they stayed long term until the **** hit the fan which is correct, look at every PLC they only want long term holders that are instiutions not us and I am holding well over 5 million shares. I will be pleased to tell you however why don't you do your own research to satisfy yourself that people aren't saying a load of rubbish. At last years AGM Leon and Colin stated that they had about $40million of PGM at DCM and they were awaiting a licence so they could process it. Since then they have I assume added to that and on top of that the price of PGM's have gone up considerably, so once they have the licence I presume they will build which will take about 4 months.
You must check all that is said so you feel it is accurate as people have a habit of distorting things or hearing what they want to hear and I don't want to be held to account on anything that is not accurate which is why I am always happy to be told I'm wrong

If you do you should sell, I don't think it's dead no matter how ****ed off I get with all the
delays and rubbish written. The simple reason I don't think it's dead is because both sides
have no option but to do some sort of deal or else the whole company is dead and Veloso won't get any money
So common sense dictates that something should be done, when and how I don't know but it seems that if Bellingham
is to be believed, which is another question they seem to have a buyer with money and the where with all to do it.
If at the end of the day once all the due dilligence is done etc the price is not what anyone wants then that's the time to
worry however I would of thought that Bellingham being who he is would have an agreed indication of price before going
ahead. That's my take on it. Please don't ask me when will it happen as I haven't got a bloody clue.Before Xmas would be nice but I think I may be dreaming

said he would update the market IF they agreed on a short term extension to AFG
He did NOT promise to update the market at all, he said things we positive

This could be a cute way of getting the deal done cheaper for the bidder, to date about 18 million shares have been traded today, approx 10 million are buys, and the SP is down 15%. If the deal was going down the tubes you wouldn't be able to sell any shares as there would be no buyers and the MM's would not hold stock.
This to me is a really good scam with a positive ending.
I know you think I'm probably mad, I think I am as well, but look at it in reality, if it was not going to happen why would there be 8 million purchases. The sells are from impatient people and also non believers, which they are quite right to be

Yes I have to agree with you on that, your not wrong however, this seems to be the last
chance Bellingham has to deliver, I do not like him or trust him but I think he needs it as much as we do
financially, people are going on about AFG and that the person who leads it is a crook, well he probably is
so is 99% of people in business in Africa that is the way things are done. Do you really believe that all the
Directors of huge PLC's in mining or anything stick to the book and are legal, I can tell you from experience
that they are all as bad as each other. Just don't break the 11th Commandmant

I'm sorry but I will stick my neck out and say I disagree. IF and yes it's a big IF there was no chance of a deal
then Bellingham who I can't stand a do not trust HAS to put out a truthful RNS.
They say they have a preferred buyer which is important and takes time , all the shares that I have been in have never ever
hit the timeline target in anything they have been doing. Bellingham can't afford either financially or reputaionally to
lie about this as his head is way over the pulpit as it is as he has to deliver. If he doesn't then everyone loses out including Veloso. The thing that concerns me is why the Courts in the Country have not recognised English Law. because if they did
which they should then Veloso would be out. A deal will be done, maybe not the deal we are all think but it will be done.
It also does not make sense to keep AFG in the loop either, they could sling them out and do something
