I have said before that I am so sorry that you all seem to have lost monies in this venture.I have also read everyone's posts. It is a new situation if as someone says that WH Ireland did something that they should not have done, I would also offer a suggestion that you use the word alleged as making comments like this could get you into serious trouble.
I also would advise that in all the RNS notes it says that advisors have been spoken to. I have been in a similar situation some years ago and tried with others to get clarity to be able to consider making a claim. It is very very difficult and at the end of the day nearly impossible to get anywhere unless you have deep pockets and are very patient. At the end of the day it is a lesson learnt, and this is the bad side of dealing in AIM stocks.
I also advise that no one make spurious comments about JM and BMR being a concert party and have colluded in doing this, that again could get you into trouble. Everyone has a right to be very angry but at the end of the day you will find that Companies involved close shop and you don't get anywhere. Proving negligence in this case is almost impossible as I can see no gain for you. I am very sorry that it has come to this for you. I have no shares in BMR but I am holding in JM and am well down as well, that is the game you play in the markets

Only me views, US and China causing real problems Chinese currency dropping 9% in a few months tells me that they are getting ready for a real financial war with US. Although I can't stand Trump as a person or politician with the way he conducts himself, to me most things he is saying about China Nato Russia and Iran is correct and this will cause major problems even if he is in my mind correct. Europe is a basket case and they realise that they have to play hardball with the UK as there are so many countries that want to leave the Euro but they will just make things worse especially for the Germans. Debt worldwide is just insane and this will come home to roost.. Turkey are in all sorts of trouble.. and it's been over 8 years since we had a problem Do you really want me to continue.... Firstly, I'm sorry that you have maybe lost your investment in BMR. I also think that you really can't trust anyone. The AIM market is famous for CEO's saying one thing and doing another. I have no inside track with JM but have spoken to Leon or emailed him on a few occasions and he seems to be a good guy who really cares about the future of JM.
He has done certain things over the last 6 months that indicate that there is a lot going on. The biggest thing he has done is get someone else in charge of Technical as to me this is a big statement on the near future. Colin seems to be doing other things that I am sure will be in the interest of JM and he is letting Leon run on his own.
The Hernic, Platcro and DCM areas will deliver and I also think that they have another project lined up but they will not announce it until the dust has settled with Kabwe. I also think it will be in Cobalt, this is just my take on it, I have no idea if I'm right or not but I think if we are patient things will go well, to me this is also a good hedge on there being a global finance problem which I see coming down the tracks quicker than I originally thought as Debt will get paid back really quickly and other than the losses made over the last 8-10 years we will be debt free. Also the losses are a good things because of the Tax side, I just hope that they do something like a share buy back of this shares issued for Platcro so they show good sense and sound management, it will give the market huge confidence, but I am running before walking now Good Luck

Good post however I don't think that it is so complicated apart from the JM shares that BMR own.
BMR put themselves i this position, it was nothing to do with JM. The Zinc will be on time which is
a major hurdle. I'm sure that Leon will get what he want from BMR and the Zambian government.
We just need to ringfence the JM sharesthat BMR have so they don't get into the hands of administrators, I do think that if Leon was forward thinking he would of protected how the JM shares get sold when BMR asked to dip into them to settle a bill. All this has to be done a bit at a time so old BMR shareholders don't think this is all
pre determined. The problem with BMR is that it had nowhere to go and now with JM in charge they still have nowhere to go except to agree any reasonable terms

Leon always said that the Zinc would be first,The lead will probably be second and the Vanadium will come last when the licence is given. They would not be silly enough to build for the Vanadium without prior knowledge of getting the licence. We all knew that this would happen and things will be done in an order and timing will be fine.
The most important area is that Leon is talking directly to the Zambian Government and he will look after them correctly.
At the same time Leon will be dealing with BMR to make sure negotiations are conducted professionally and in JM favour without making it look like we are taking advantage. No one knows how much money BMR have and what the
debtors situation is like. It lookslike a death spiral but as I say again we need to get back our shares from them to stop and overhang or the administators getting them should they fold.I fear a royalty will not keep them going

As far as I am concerned they are moving along with the Zinc circuit which should be ready and working come December. To my knowledge the licence did NOT say that all three circuits should be working by December so I'm not sure why anyone is trying to put spokes in the wheels. The Zinc will be working come December and the other circuits will come on stream when they are ready.......... What's wrong with that... and I would have thought that is normal standard practice.

Now try and find something else to pick holes in. Maybe there will be a war in Zambia
Maybe there is no Zinc Lead and Vanadium
Maybe the world will come to an end
Maybe Leon won't be able to go to the toilet

The project is in Enviro which is ringfenced. JM have the insurance that if anything happens to BMR then they are covered by Enviro which is an arms length Company to BMR. So if BMR can't put money in then JM get the lions share of the project. The reason why JM are stretching the due dates for design is because they are playing a long game to get all the prize which is sensible. The longer the design takes the more trouble BMR are in. If JM were wise which I think Leon is they would take back their own shares WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT for payment as well as not giving monies for the extra % of ENVIRO. This then will mean that there is no overhang of shares in the market. Now BMR are no longer listed and JM have 30% of a flagging private Company they can do what they want but make it look proffesional

I can't see Leon virtually stopping production at DCM and putting in 6 months of investment to enlarge it substantially if he was not certain of getting the licence and making more money from it.
Hernic will be business as usual as it would be insane for the new owners to change it
Platcro is not what you say and if they get 60% -70% agreement with Northam it is still better than to pay for set upcosts.
Kabwe is only a screw up until we know what is going on at BMR, however if it was going to be bad why would Leon still be building the Zinc circuit and getting a new guy who was with Sylvania to be in charge of Technical from now on. I don't think Leon is a Kamakaze CEO. However the share price is awful and I am losing lots of money on paper.
If it does not turn in 3-4 months then I will apologise to you whilst drinking myself stupid in a dark room

Your views are interesting, It all boils down to what is the best for JM as far as I see it.
They are moving forward with Kabwe, they now have an office in Zambia
Leon has relinquished his job as Technical and bought someone else in from Sylvania
I also think that buying a Company who has de-listed and is private is a lot easier than buying one who is on AIM.
and a lot cheaper, however to me JM would want a higher share price to do this but this may happen after the announcement from BMR. I must admit to having a lot of JM shares which I am well down on at the moment so I am in the same boat as most people who have JM shares, however I hope that BMR holders also get their monies as well as I know only too well what it's like to lose money in the market and I wish that on no one.

I have a feeling that the MM's are getting ready fora BMR de-list and dropping the price of JM because of the BMR holding. I am hoping that when BMR arranged with JM to sell their shares to pay their agent that there is an agreement in place that JM have the right to either buy them back or place then so there is no dumping.
I think BMR will de-list and then it may be a bit of a bun fight with JM getting hold of Enviro etc.
I just can't see anyone backing BMR with Borrelli in charge and if they were going to get a nomad it would be done by now. If JM were going to buy BMR then they would want this stock at a much higher price so I really don't see that happening either. I also have a feeling that the Zambian goverment may of given the licence toBMR AND JBL or have JBL as part of the deal which is why Leon is steaming ahead with the project.

Only my thoughts but I do want this sorted quickly as if JM get their act together there should be lots of cash in the next 12 months

I both wish you well and hope that you are correct, I am not the type of person who is happy when people lose money as I have lost lots and know how you feel. I am however a realist not a person who builds on HOPE.
As someone stated,you have no Vanadium or lead or Zinc you just have dirt in the ground, no relationship with the Zambian authorities, no cash and a fraudster who has let you down numerous times.
The licence is with Enviro.. FACT
The insurance for anything going wrong for JBL is Enviro..FACT
The industrial know how is with JBL
The money for the build is supposed to be repaid by BMR plus 30% before you get any monies FACT
You have no NOMAD
I don't think you will get a NOMAD
If you go private it will be a problem for you not JBL
JBL with have 29.9% of a private company with no money and going private might be in the terms of the contract as a default, you never know.
I hope that you all get your money back+++++++++ but to me it is looking doubtful.
If and it's a big if a NOMAD went to Zambia as Borrelli said what is he looking at, some buildings some work being done and a great heap of earth.. Does that give them confidence, they could have looked at that on a video or the NET..I think your CEO is not telling the truth and I hope he pays for it as he is the one responsible and should be brought to account, I have known loads of these situations before and nothing happens, especially with a Company on AIM

I am a shareholder of JLP and have been looking at the posts here with amazement.
I hope that you all get your money back, in fact I hope I get my money back as well but in my opinion
some of you have been saying what's the cash position and we can get value out of vanadium etc.
BMR have no cash !! they are hoping to get £1 million from JLP however they also need to pay back the build plus 30% so you won't get monies for some while. plus the licence is in the hands on Enviro which has been put as a guarentee to JBL if anything happens to BMR.So if you de-list what happens? JBL lose their investment in BMR as far as a trading investment is concerned. JBL also have the shares in BMR to effectivley decide what happens.
Seeing as thet have Enviro as a backstop who holds the licence and seeing as JBL are dealing with Zambia I just can't see a clean situation coming out of this. BMR have no money so why would a NOMAD get involved especially when they will need to do a lot of work legally when the brown stuff hits the fan, there is no upside for them.
What a total bloody mess!! it doesn't matter if you are sitting on a billion pounds if you can't pay for the milk this week

Reading your posts makes me feel as though everyone has given up which surprises me.
I think we all knew that even getting the licence for Tjate was a good event the value of it is not that much until something is done with it.
As far as PGM prices are concerned it would be great if the were over $1200 per ounce but to me we are the only ones making money out of PGM, I wouldn't like to be mining it.
I really can't see Hernic being a problem as to me this would of shown up by now and Leon has already stated that nothing changes.Why would the new owner stop it,? for what reason?
With DCM people have been saying for months now what is going on with the project and they are now doing something about it, I would like to know if they need a licence from the Goverment for PGM's from there.

BMR to me will be a real game changer and show other Companies what JM can do which will open doors.
I also think that JM are sitting in the driving seat with regards to BMR.

Everything is a risk, I was seriously thinking of buying Glencore 2-3 weeks ago, It shows that everything is a risk and doing business in Africa is not easy to people who think that dealing with Goverments and other countries should be done in a stiff upper lip British way. Look at the corruption in BP, the MOD with Saudi and everywhere else.
That's how business is done.

I am totally fed up with the SP but come September October and when there is an almighty fallout in global stocks we should be creating cash at a good rate.So I think we should hang on to our belts whatever stock we are in

As far as JLP is concerned, I think it may have already been mentioned that they have to go along with everything until such times that they have all the leverage and shareholdings necessary to be able to stop Borelli and co making any more mistakes. I'm also sure that JLP have been given advice on the matter regarding paying Blue Square. It is a bloody mess but when you come to think about it, if BMR were in a corner because of debt JLP had a choice either pay their debt which I don't think would be allowed or let them sort it out themselves by selling shares which longer term helps JLP. When JLP have all the allotted shares and cover from Enviro then I can only assume they will put it all to bed. The one thing JLP can't afford is for BMR to go bust at the moment because it will have a knock on effect with Enviro etc who hold the licences. We have to be patient and see how it unfolds which is very frustrating. Looking forward 6 months there should be very positive cash flow and a long process of earnings coming in assuming we get that far

I have been looking at various boards with amazement. A lot of people are saying JLP is a dog or Colin should resign or this and that. BMR held 60 odd million shares,so in about 4 months let's hope they own 25 million odd shares , so what, we all knew 3 months ago that this could be a position we could be in, let them sell them bit b bit over 3-4 months and get it out the way. When they have none and if they are still in business they have no leverage as we will have 29.9% of a small Company who are then TOTALLY reliant on us as we control them. Businesses don't go in straight lnes so shares don't either. The only thing to worry about is CAN WE BUILD THE PLANT ON TIME AND GET REVENUE IN. CAN WE SORT OUT DCM AND THEN WE WILL BE A CASH COW

Hello Everyone This is obviously bad short term news, however,I think I'm correct in saying that everything to do with Kabwe has been put into Enviro which has the licences etc etc. This is also covered for JBL should anything go wrong with BMR so the way I look at it if BMR go down then JBL get all of Enviro so they have the whole lot. Short term it's a bloody pain but long term....................... We should also remember that LC and Enviro are dealing with the Zambians not BMR Please tell me I'm wrong

Hello All BMR Shareholders. I am invested in JLP and have been for a long time,I have also had numerous conversations with Leon, not specifically about BMR or Kabwe but other areas. He is a very good operator in his field and much more honest than others, he is also very slid and has taken over the reigns from Colin who is much more Corporate and a deal maker. I think you will find that both Companies will work together on this project and JLP may wait for situations to arise whereby they put more money in than BMR and get a greater slice of the Enviro operation and leave the PLC alone. There is little point in buying BMRas it will cost monies that JLP dont want to raise. The problem lies with BMR financing itself as the bigger the build the longer BMR will have to wait for cash flow as this needs to be given back to JLP plus 30%. JLP have already got 57% of the earnings and may get even more if more money has to be put in and BMR can't afford to do it. Personally, I hope you all make money as I know only too well what it's like to lose money in the market and I hope that this does not happen to any of you but JLP can just work normally and get more %%% of Enviro without having to go to all the problem of a takeover. The only problem JLP have is if BMR go bust however they have total cover of Enviro and Kabwe because of that so it would mean sorting out the good from the bad if insolvency happens to BMR. Has anyone thought that IF there is any problem with BMR in the future and JBL have a 30% interest in BMR then it may be possible for JBL to buy Enviro who own the licence and the product. Just a thought

Hello Max I have read your post and wanted to know why you think the share consolidation is bad news for the reason you explained. They must round up all the holdings and give you the same number of shares the total difference I suppose is one share. My thoughts are why they want to do it in the first place,do they want to water us down even more with another placing for some reason or another. Are they wanting to purchase another property or do they want more money for running the Company

I see that there is a statement from BMR saying that there was a rogue person in the Goverment. and that may be the reason for the situation with the licence. I cannot think of a more stupid thing to say to shareholders, if that is the case then keep your own council and shut up. If I were in charge of the Zambian Mining department I would certainly be very awkward andhold things up if you are tainting my department, even if it is true. This maybe one reason that BMR are in the position that they are in. First rule of negotiations... don't put someone's back up
