Thank you for your honest response,It's an interesting thought you have and it shows me how many angles can be taken from an RNS. I hope you are correct, I still would like to know why the last CEO went so quickly as he had no bad blood with any of the concert party. There is an interesting thought that once the deal is struck Trew who has increased his holding will be back in charge and the new CEO will be either out or pushed sideways.As I said I don't look for trouble and I am invested here but to me Bellingham and Trew make me nervous however the only way they can make monies is for the SP to go up.

Yes I have seen this before and thank you for posting it, although it states the reasons why we are in this share it still does not cover my thoughts although I'm not looking for trouble I just can't see the latest RNS saying what 56682 states and I am a bit concerned as to why the last CEO went so quickly which seems to be known as the new CEO came in straight away. I also worry about Trew as he has to give the OK for the futureand he is trouble. Can you let me know your thoughts on the above please Many Thanks

I have read the RNS three times now and it does not state anything about the agreement, could you please tell me where you have seen this. I am also concerned that the last CEO went so quickly as it seemed he was doing a fair job.
The other area that concerns me is that N Trew is now on 9% and he seems to be the one that has cause some problems, he could block the next vote.

Can someone please respond as I am more than happy to be wrong

I have been in this far too long but remember that when holdings changed from one investor to another the same pattern happened that is going on at the moment. I like all of us are down a lot but when you look at it the two amigo's have to do something, if they are taken out at 5p then great I get some monies back, if the JV then great the JV partner will bring his own investors in. The one thing they can't afford to do because of age and money is nothing

I may be wrong but it could be that someone is hoovering shares to make a holding or something else.
There has been no RNS about what they are going to do in the future and the only thing left is to sell or do a JV
both of which will need old holders to sell at today's price or it will not happen

I'm really interested in hearing everyone's point of view, Having been in corporate all my life and not really understanding the public I am really amazed at all the noise that is being said about GLR. I do respect evryone's opinion but you seem to be making a lot of noise about nothing.
Colin can't negotiate with Leon as legally ther is a conflict not that this is a big deal
The bottom line is do you trust Leon as if you do he will do what is best for JM and it will be a win win for both.
Just relax and enjoy the future as JM seem to be in the driving seat

Your right, the only reason for staying in here is that Miguens is putting in £15m so he must know something that we don't. I remember Antiques of Woodstock who was very informative saying that if he wanted to go private he has to pay at the price of the last funding which was 4.5p. If he did that I would not be that happy but it's better than where we are now. The only thing I don't want to happen is a fundraising at this price because it will revert to the price raised.
Whichever way we go we are either going to lose out at this price or another which hopefully will be slightly higher

Although I am incredibly frustrated about no news and the bloody share price I think that we should accept that if there was any bad or good news the Company has to announce it to the market as they is the rules.
I also think that if you look at everything that JM has and take out Kabwe they will be making profits now once Platcro get's going, so the downside should be minimal. We should also remember that they have PGM slurry not processed yet at DCM that in cash is roughly the market cap of the Company. In a way I am pleased that there is silence and HOPE that the next RNS put's all the doubters to bed. I have far far too much invested in this Company as I have been buying to average down and my investment is well over 6 figures so it can keep me up at night sometimes

Someone has just bought 43000 shares after the company bombed out.
If I didn't know better I would say that the concert party are trying to get as many shares as possible so they can buyout on the cheap

Can someone please advise:If the Company was going to go private especially after Calcatreau and getting some land near Patagonia , why are people buying shares as the buyout so I have been told some time ago is around the price of the last money raising which is 4.5p. Unless there is going to be another round of monies at about this price which the Directors will raise and then go rprvate

I have a theory that I would like to put forward for discussion. I am more than happy to be shot down in flames.

There have been news clips on Mine magazine and in other comms including pictures on JM website of Kabwe.
By doing this it would be a total shock and embarrasment for the board if they dropped the ball on this.
I have also been reading about Glencore and the problems with Tax and Zambia and the European Bank etc who gace Glencore $50million to purchase equipment and clean up the area. Now, I know JM is not Glencore but seeing as Kabwe is one of the worst places in the world for Health etc what is stopping JM applying for monies to clean up the area. I would be more than happy to give away some interest in the project to do this and get really good worldwide PR on this if we could get some help.This would lead us onto the bigger stage especially with the last presentation that was on the JM site explaining about how they are going to work so the area is not contaminated even more. This maybe is why there is a hold up on the project and new news

I'm hoping that this trade means that Sable is going ahead as I don't think anyone would buy without knowledge of this going forward. I also hope that there is another 15 million sold tomorrow so BMR are out and then the long road north

What do you actually mean about the axiom.
I do think that everything is lining up fine regarding all the profit centers with Hernic DCM and Platcro as well as the Platcro new addition it all should be good, If Kabwe get's going which by all that Leon says it will then the monies should come in. The only problem is trust which is the biggest point, any other share would have risen with all that is going on, Someone is building a stake although I think it will not be more than 5%, I am waiting for double figures but I'm not sure I'll live that long

Although I basically agree with your post I think that it's important for the market to understand that they can deliver their projects once they get going.

When you come to think of the situation here we seem to be in a win win position.Any shares that are sold are being snapped up by someone building a position and when news come and hopefully it's positive then the increase in the SP should be significant and hopefully build a base for going forward.....

That made me laugh, When you take another look, it's possible that the fine tuning at Platco (just purchased)
I wish they would call it platcro one and Platcro 2 so we don't get confused. The fine tuning could pay for most of the purchase in just over one year when they get the better PGM through. It's a great purchase.But to be honest slightly old news as such

However, the market is waiting for Kabwe which will be huge. With all the noise that Leon has been making about Sable, he would look a bit stupid if it doesn't happen. If it get's done and the SP still does not move I think we should all give up. When I talk to people about looking at JLP to invest in the first thing that they say to me is "look at how many shares are in issue"
