Hi Seisnav ,Ardbeggar and anyone else who understands the technical approach.

As I like most have no clue whatsoever regarding the technical side of the business

I think both questions to JLP are important, and I will tell you why.

I like most appreciate that Leon and Co are engineers, and good one to boot.

There have been loads of comments throughout the years about opaque comms

and people be it Colin or Leon not giving facts or bending the facts, so both

questions are important.

IE: What is the process for both Copper, what are the margins for both Copper etc etc

because we need to see how this is answered. Is Leon bending or is he not telling us enough about

the new process. I don't mind if he's not telling us enough about the new process but I do mind

if he is not telling the truth about T/O and profit.

If Buttermilk and Bushey fell into a barrel of bosom's

they would come out sucking their thumbs !!

That's a good idea of yours.I'm happy to pay my own way to Barbados, I've stayed at Sandy Lane a few years back, good if you want to be noticed but overall a lot of money for nothing, The cliff is a good place to meet Bushey and we can push him off it afterwards, sadly it's not a big enough drop for a fatality but it would probably bruise his mouth badly which is a bonus.

I think the thing you have to ask yourself is would AAG enter into a deal if they didn't think they could get the deal done.

That is the be alla and end all of the whole situation.

Why would they attempt to try and get money be it $15 million or $2 million dollars if they didn't think they could get payback.

Maybe, just maybe that is what the hold up has been all about.

The Company has stated that they have enough to do an RTO, watch this space

If your message was regarding what I have just stated, I’m not trying to undo what’s done.
I’m saying that as an engineer and CEO with vast experience he should know before building anything that it relies on water and power so we better make sure that we dont have problems going forward with those two items in a country that has problems in those areas.
It’s not rocket science it’s basic forward thinking. If you were a builder and wanted to build in an area where there was multiple problems with extreme movement with structure you would underpin or make sure it didn’t happen with the way you build so you didn’t have subsidence

Of course I don’t disagree with selling and the sales pipeline it’s the lifeblood of any business and you always need to keep the momentum going. But Leon is an engineer and regarding the water and power problem it’s basic and he should have known better to insure against the problem.

Whichever way you look at it Charles is right.
LC who I have spoken to loads of times and emailed and helped with comms is a typically trained Anglo man who I have also dealt with. Never say you are wrong and also regarding the power and water, that supply line should be your initial building block to insure when building a pipeline like JLP have. Basic stupid mistake given no thought for future production.

Although I appreciate and in most areas agree with you regarding Leon, he has a duty to announce good or bad news immediately it becomes clear. I understand that it may be different in S.A but yesterday was a profits warning disguised as a problem turned into an advantage. I fully respect Leon as an engineer and in some ways a CEO regarding getting things done and keeping a lid on costs. I have been on the board of a PLC although many years ago and when your CEO which I was clearly bats away problems and information because he or she or in this day and age bloody THEY !! are far too proud and will not admit to a gross **** up or dare I say bordering on negligence then this creates another problem that if the Chairman or Chairperson was doing his bloody job properly would have made sure that this was handled in a much better way communication wise so the share wasn't smashed to bits. I have been trying to tell Leon this for over 3 years and he just refuses to adapt. The pity being is that JLP is a fantastic Company with a great future and if Communication was dealt with in a better more professional transparent way where people understood North South Inyoni Hernic , lepoard, Roan, and talking South Zambia and then North and confusing the 2 places and then saying the problems are done, well nearly done, well not quite done but they will be and although we only made XYZ we think we are on budget and we can switch things and although I already knew that SA and Zambia has electric and water problems, I chose to ignore it and we did this before Xmas but then we find out it is still being done. Etc Etc Etc.
I have said many times on here and to Leon that I was heavily involved with financial PR, I told him Tavistock PR were a nightmare and he would be wasting his money. He totally ignored me.He asked me to help with comms and then ignored me again. I think the Company will do well, A) if the Chairman did his bloody job. B) if Leon was honest and communicated in a way and in a time threshold were we were in the loop and then we MAY trust him. If other much bigger and much smaller PLC's can do it why the bloody hell can't he do it. Rant over!!

I am a shareholder
I have quite a few million shares
I have done research and am lucky enough to know someone , however I have not got inside information just to be clear
Emma, is doing a fantastic job contrary to what people might say.
Once the new machinery is in place things will improve very quickly .
Exciting times ahead and please be patient

Thanks for your post. I think that maybe the way I have put down my thoughts may have confused some people.
I understand and agree that the change of the Company over the last 3 or sp years have been great. Whether you choose to accept that Leon hits supposed timelines etc is probably a small point as everyone has had supply issues over the last
few years. You say that the world or Investors need reassurance. Well, yes they do, that is the whole point of having a comms team or a PR Company. Mostly, the assurance comes from consistency of message and the way the message is reported. This is where JLP has failed. I for one have had discussions with JLP about how SLP report using them as a yardstick. There reporting is a great deal better and clearer than JLP and you know where you stand together with the strength and weaknesses that they perciev I have said that if you want to be best in class you must show commitment to messaging and how the words are used. How many times have you heard people say," well that RNS leaves more questions than answers"
There has never been consistency, as a small point let's take Dilakong for instance, that's just one thing off the top of my head. Are you any the wiser. We have all seen the potential in the Company which is why we have invested. When you put your hard earned money into a project, you need thorough reporting channels and guidance as it's your money and you do need reassuring every quarter at least. I for one am not happy putting money into a project and then letting them get on with it without proper process. And that is all I am asking for, proper process like everyone else. For a Company that is growing so quickly and that will have free cash flow I would have thought that they would want to keep people other that Institutional Investors up to date. I am asking for the normal, they are give me the abnormal.
I also state that if they were to be transparent and open the SP would be much higher that it is today because you know where you stand I don't think that is a lot to ask for, they shoot themselves in the foot because of their inconsistency and opaqueness .

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry if I have upset Mike and that my message was uncomfortable but my feelings stay the same regarding his overriding sunny vision of the situation. Sure, if you think the SP is too low then if you think in this market that investing now is a good idea then go for it. What I am trying to say I suppose is you can't beat the market or the herd. By speaking to a few wealth managers , fund managers and brokers I have come to the decision that risk is well and truly OFF !! When the SP was 13p everyone was saying that it is oversold and they are right especially if the figures come out the way YOU think they will. I fully blame the Directors, not the ESG woman as to be honest having dealt with huge miners myself like RIO she is wallpaper for the city. The new chairman has shown how neutered he is and I know for a fact that Leon does not care for the private investor and he cares even less about the SP. Let me give you a for instance. The Company has stated that they have found a way of producing a certain type of Copper without need of smelting. Having spoken to a few technical engineers in the PLC market place, this is huge news and a game changer.
what did the SP do. I do understand about the warrants, however I know that Leon has agreements to get rid of these in a managed way which is why 10 million changed hands last week or the week before. I for my sins am a realist, not a Pessimist or an Optimist. I have been going on at Leon for 4 years about needing to use his PR Company or his in house team to get traction on getting responsible news out into the market place to support the SP. So much so that he asked for my helpand put me in touch with Gareth Owen who over saw the new web site and was in charge of new business and comms. He left because one of the reasons was pure frustration. Since the Leon will not communicate with me as he sees little point. He is a control freak and an engineer.these type of people are fantastic at their jobs but are not suitable for running a PLC. To do that you also need marketing skills to support the SP, Institutions and the Private Investor.
I am in here up to my neck as I believe in the Company being a huge cash cow. Maybe they are trying to accumulate so much money that they don't need financing , however I doubt it. I ask you one question to prove my point. Jetti so someone says is valued at $1.5 billion. I am not sure if they are making money yet. We are values at around £300 million and have been told that we will have £100 million free cash flow. Go Figure All the best

I'm sorry but enough is enough from you and your starry eyed look on life.
If JLP went bust next week you would put a positive spin on it.
The SP is well oversold because of the warrants and may be because everyone on the boards especially the ADVFN board won't stop going on about them which probably make new punters nervous when doing research. I sometimes have admired your approach but when will you start to be realistic. Some Companies are coming out with really good figures and news and it makes no difference what so ever. We are in a bear market and a lot of people who bought shares now need money to live so the froth has been well and truly taken off the price of most AIM shares. It's going to be a long road back to 20p and even if we get back to 15p loads of people will sell.

There was an article in September stating that Glencore had agreed to lend Mopani $100 million to keep things going and ZCCM were trying to finalise a deal to get everything going again. Rothchilds Bank were leading the restructure on behalf of ZCCM so I think JLP are waiting for this to drop so they can be part of the bigger picture with the dumps there together with the processing plants which will need updating and refiguring. As nomal with Governments this takes longer than the will to live

Excuse me for interfering but please read Charles 432 message again. He stated that answering technical questions was Leon's "manna from heaven" He also stated that he kicks the question regarding share price into the long grass so what are you talking about. My view and where I may differ from Charles 432 is that he is doing the video's to stimulate the SP because no one can massage a SP in most markets unless it is done illegally. We are still in risk off mode and although I am very very annoyed about the SP there is precious little anyone can do about it. The 6 months figures will help and the increase in copper production will get the price of copper down. If there new way of treating copper with less acid works and they can protect the way or formula then it will be mind blowing for the Company. And YES the new Chairman should work harder at getting Leon to produce quarterly figures. However he just won't do it. Frustrating to say the least

If you look at the logic( however logic a matter of opinion) It would be better for the Government
and TZM to do a deal. I think for what it's worth the Government will put pressure on TZM to aquire
PFP or the licences as it is so much cheaper and quicker. Then they could sell on the licences and make money
as I think you will find that they have not got the skill sets to manage the thing
