I have not been thinking about financing, as to be honest that should look after itself if the new system proves itself.

Leon has already stated they can get finance off of forward production so it's not really an issue, what the terms are for the finance is out of our hands and would be the same for most small companies, I am only looking at flagging points that should/ would boost the SP. I bought over 1 million shares at 8p thinking that Slaters are more in the know than me, as normal in life timing is everything. It's too soon to say but yesterday and today seems to of put a bottom on the SP and the patient clever people seem to be getting in now, I just wish I was one of them. If the new process works and cost savings can be created over all the Copper production then depending on the licence fee things should accelerate I hope.

I have added too many grey hairs over this bloody Company who just would not listen to me regarding helping them through the turbulence to support the SP. Obviously, that is their decision but so much could of been done to protect the price over the last 12 months. you never stop learning

Can you please update me, Leon stated that they were or are going to build a 500 ton prototype to test the new formula/system which I presume includes the Czech Companies patented addition. Are they building it now or have they not started yet and if so how long did they say it took to build and test Many Thanks

I understand that Comms was talked about at the AGM, however I have been going on about it for nearly 3 years

and the frustration is that it could be done so easily and quickly. I to have been reassured by the Company but to be honest, we are a small cap company and the time it is taking is like we are a huge outfit that needs everything sorted or approved. I just hope you are right that Neal can get the Company sorted out in a way that the market will accept and start to trust the messenger. If Comms was done correctly, I promise you the SP would not be in the state it is. I know I can't prove it but to me it's obvious, be flexible yes, they are!! be open and honest, well I will leave that for you to decide

Happy days together with Jonah, me and to a certain extent yourself seem to be all saying the same thing.

No one knows what the bloody hell is going on !! even with all the RNS material there is so much conjecture as to

what happened, what IS happening and what may happen. I still want to know the facts, when did Dopravka get involved, funny that they make an announcement about joining JLP in the process by JLP say nothing until now.

Just to be clear, I have a lot riding on this Company like others and my problem is there is never a straight forward answer. Now that the SP has totally tanked, they have nothing to lose by telling the truth and that would probably get the SP to rise. The problems are probably not too serious and can get sorted, however, we just don't know and that is what is causing the problems. I know we are awaiting results from Aussie and the message was that they initially were better than Leon thought but who knows. I can't tell you the amount of times i have tried to get the message across to the Company. Anyway we will see but if anyone else can give factual clarity then please do.

Thanks for your email, if you or anyone thinks that I or for that matter anyone else listens to that congenital bitter idiot Bushey for one second you are mistaken. I fully accept that comms for the Company has been deplorable and I have tried my best with that to help sort that out but even I could go on and on about a falling SP if you are in PGM's !!

If and it's a big IF JLP work hard and get their messaging correct with Copper and the next set of figures are OK then we can climb.By the way if the idiot reads this please don't bother replying!!

Firstly, I would like to thanks Seisnav Gotreal and Mikie for their responses which gives me a bit more clarity.

I was also not aware that the modules/pods sort out Oxide and Sulphide which explains more.

It all is a bit complicated for people who are not that technically gifted like me and YES there are things that look good

for the future,One thing to say is that in the hope that the new FD and Investor Relations person can get a handle on all of this then hopefully it will be explained to the market in a way that most people see the potential of the Company and buy shares not sell them because of low PGM prices. Thank you for your responses and I am not complaining but it still doesn't answer some of my questions not that I am thinking that you know all the answers but I do feel that after all these months and comments from Leon, something is missing that we don't know about or he doesn't want to tell us. I have a awful lot of money invested in hear, we al lot for me which is well over £250k as an investment and there is something troubling me, Mikie, I really enjoy reading your posts but you must admit that you are forever an optimist, I try and be a realist. Why did JLP go on and but dumps some years ago that had tailings when they didn't have the technology to process them. Maybe they do have the technology and they want to improve it which is great but if that's the case why didn't they say something in the RNS that would have probably resulted in not so many people dumping the stock. Please understand that I desperately need the stock to go into double figures like everyone else but there are so many disconnects with the messages that I worry about not what is said but what isn't. Have the Czech Company come in last minute or have they been involved for some time, if so why were we not told? have they come in because of a major problem or have they come in because of cost savings.

Mikie I have not heard or been told that each POD will be adjusted to what they are processing, which is bigger Tailings or rocks? Because trust has been lost with Leon more questions than answers come to mind, What is the difference between Sulphide and Oxide? which is cheaper do they go through the same process. What is going on with the 500ton test bed, where is that different to what we are doing and why, How can you win a project if you can't show how you are going to handle it. Why is there more delays at Sable as they were talking I think about adjustments to mix, what doea that mean. All these questions on Zambia alone makes people jump ship and it is obvious that the ones jumping ship are the small holders who have made the SP go down as the volume has been small. JLP just don't get it and believe me I have been speaking to the Chairman about it but to be honest I stopped as I didn't think I was getting anywhere.

I just want the truth so we can all make our own judgement based on facts not hope

Can someone please help me as I seem to be confused and want clarification. I have looked at the latest presentation and would ask to following:

It seems that JLP have been able to conclude a technical way of getting Copper from unprocessed rock.

The major problem from what I can see is that they have not cracked how to get Copper out of processed tailings which is why the Company from Czech Dupravka or whatever their name is has got involved.

Firstly am I correct, secondly, for about 2 years I have assumed that this process on Tailings has been sorted and Leon has been stating that he can't wait to tell us about the new process.

I am also confused regarding the different types of Copper being Sulphide and oxide and can these units do both?. The new units being made which take a total of 6 months from being built tested rebuilt on site and brought up to speed are for virgin unprocessed rock. Is this oxide or sulphide? The tailings process is supposed to be in operation and this is reliant for having an opportunity at Mulifuria together with other large sites so without this new process working which we all thought was in the bag nothing goes ahead as planned. Their is also a third unit being built or is it built regarding testing a new process at 500 tons a go at another site, is this correct? what is the difference between the other two? and what is the difference between copper sulphide and oxide relateing to the above. I am also confused as to Roan when will it be ready and Sable which if I am correct should be ready in December as without having Sable to refine and produce the cathodeI presume there will be a build up of concentrate to process.

Is the new Czech process for all the units ?

I only seem to be able to understand all that Leon says and diagrams sent after about 4 bottles of wine and when I wake up I forget what I thought I found out.

Can someone please explain to me what the bloody hell is going on so I can stop my drinking habit to understand the Company. After all this I'm not suprised that people are selling, it's like the Markx brothers " party of the first part

I'm pleased that you always try to put a positive spin on everything. I am really frustrated that I can't go to the AGM tomorrow as it is so important. I don't normally ask people to do something for me as they may not have the same direct approach as I have but it is vital that someone is brave enough to stand up to the board and tell them that even when they have a great Company with great possibilities, which is the reason why we are all in here, the way they have handled the communication and the way the deal with things has led to total mistrust which is one of the main reason why the SP is where it is. The other reason which we must acknowledge is the price of metals.

To me this is the most important point. For instance, people are today asking questions about the extra Chrome, is it new? is it the old deal? what is going on with the deal that was supposed to be in September?

6 months ago or even more Leon stated that he can't wait to tell Shareholders of the new way they were going to process Copper. Is this with the New Joint Venture with the Czech Company or did the original way they were doing it fail which is why there is a delay. The SP is a falling knife and any Chairman would say if you are not happy then sell. But that's not the answer, we have put our own hard cash in this Company and we deserve more respect.

There are loads of subjects that are confusing and unanswered. On top of that, the RNS's that have been sent out are full of repetition and mistakes which tells me if they can't get that right then god help us. the management may be good engineers but they can't run a Company and the Chairman who in my opinion have spoken to him is totally full of his self importance has done a terrible job. He is dealing with a small Company but the time it takes for him to get change us like deal with a multi billion Company. If I was'nt so far in and underwater I would do like everyone else is

It's funny that the tie up with Barrick Gold and Draslovka was publicised and the tie up with JLP with Draslovka was almost

thrown in the RNS like they are apologetic. The savings in production together with the possibility of getting more product out is amazing, if it works. Another marketing blunder. Proactive stated that there is a 16weeks delay in Zambia but I can't find it in the RNS. Has anyone seen it

I'm really struggling to understand this SP. we all know that things are tough financially for most people globally.

We also know the tide is going out and we will then find who is swimming naked.

BUT, from what everyone reads, the future looks good for JLP. Low cost producer, chrome profits to be more, copper starting soon yet there is still a falling SP. low volume of shares sold, Is the private investor needing money, or is there something we don't know? Why doesn't the Company try to get themselves out of the mining sector and in the processing sector as we don't put a spade in the ground? Would that help? The last time the SP started dropping like this was just before we learnt about Roan and the Fatality, The other concern is that when the last RNS was out regarding the big win at Mulifuria which everyone was waiting to hear about, nothing happened at all to the SP. I am sure that the RNS was rushed out because of the newspaper leak and that JLP didn't want to announce it yet until everything was tied up.

I have been talking to Leon over the last 3 years and have had a video conference with Ollie about 3 months ago regarding communication and transparency. He did tell me then about a new FD joining which I kept to myself but he also said that when the FD joins they have a list of Investor Relations Managers that he will go through and appoint the one he wants.I felt sorry for the new FD on the last video call as he was told to read out in parrot fashion what was going on repeating the word RIGHT after every second sentence. Me having has a corporate comms Company dealing with the likes of RIO, BA GSK and others felt that I could help and which was not really taken up except Ollie asked me to put down what I thought which I did with no response. What I am trying to say is that a concerted effort from all shareholders needs to be done so we get what we are asking for. I have put people in this share to my embarrasment at well over 10p and I probably talk for over 30 million shares, I think others here have big holdings as well. Please send emails to the Company showing your discontent good luck all

You're not wrong and this is the reason why there is a complete lack of trust.

Until such times as there is complete accountability, not only for the figures which

is the Auditors responsibility but marketing accountability is at the core of mistrust

and although the Chairman understands about better reporting he needs to make sure

that honesty is reflected in the mission statements
