I think everyone including me thought that when there was a sign that Roan was up that the SP would travel north

in a serious way. I can only presume that Leon is waiting until the dump is finished before announcing anything.

I have had a look back at the post you sent yesterday and must apologise to you. The post was about Heroric and I quickly scanned it where is said I want out now. I actually do need new glasses as I've been on Steroids on and off for 4 years and they have affected my sight. Again many apologise.

Firstly, some of you like Gray1 and Heroric are starting to sound like me, even Seis yesterday siad I have had enough and then he buy's more shares. I really don't know what to make of people, I have learned so much from being on this board.

I am in up to my pelvis with shares in JLP. The way that they have pulled the wool over our eyes has been very clever because most of us have fallen for it. I know I may shoot myself in the foot because I want and need for the shares to soar but they have been disgraceful in the way they have treated investors. However there are some on this board who just won't hear of it, I won't mention names but I'm sure we all know who they are. I just for Christ Sake hope that this is the end of problems until we hear that Thuste is delayed, IRH is delayed not to mention all the other areas that they seem to forget about.

I know about where the price of Copper is but it is the lowest it's been for a few months which is not their fault.

I must say that when you read Heroric's post he is saying the same as me, It seems to me that although Seis is brilliant at giving us information we don't know about he really doesn't like a pragmatic honest view of the situation which surprises me. Even he just said he has had enough!! I can only hope that now the unit is in place that after the holidays and a decent RNS that people will start to buy shares but to be honest I'm not going to hold my breath. The other factor is that if they say the ramp up is successful and the price doesn't move a lot then we are certainly a takeover target

I think that we should maybe look at this situation whereby a Tweet is not an official piece of information so it can't be acted by. So hopefully if Leon and Co have one ounce of intelligence they will formally send an RNS to the market and then we will see what happens. BUT as normal this happens to JLP when it is holiday time and the price of Copper has sunk. Maybe Leon was luckier in a previous life.

don't talk to me about hospital costs in the us, my stepson who is 49 had a back operation last year as he had a non malignant tumour on the spine. it cost $508 000 dollars with his insurance, and it cost him $63000 . and it went wrong!!

he had 3 haematoma's sepsis and pneumonia. he cant pee or go to the toilet, he can't walk etc etc. if he goes in the shower cold water gives him a burning sensation. he is in a terrible state and we are always trying to help him but it is just a financial drain for anyone who has medical problems. and do i want jlp to do well, er...yes please !! ( hope i have spelt everything correctly as sending posts don't have spell check. by the way the guy who invented spellcheck died last week. may he rust in ****!!

Yes you are right about the 7 years,they think that although they are both about 75 that they will have a better quality of life in the USA, although the quality of life they have over here is amazing. Different strokes for different folks, I wouldn't do it that's for sure as being close to family is more important, but they do have a wonderful house over there.

Seis. Correct but I can assure you my narrative is not to get the price down to buy more. I hope that you will appreciate that even though I may frustrate people on this board, my narrative is based on fact and not hope. I say say how it looks and how I see it. and believe you me I want this share to go through the roof.

I'm not blaming Starmer for JLP, however, if you look at the better papers today, you will see that better off people are now giving away there wealth to their families because of what is about to happen. It is also interesting that I have just had lunch with a well known person who is doing exactly the same and then emigrating to Florida because they have had enough of what is going on in the UK, not only politically but because of important social reasons.

To be honest, saying that the seller is one of the mines is just hope rather than fact. The volume is very small and there is obviously no buyer to pick them up which is probably why they are dropping the price. It is amazing that everyone,probably says things to suit the narrative to keep positive. Maybe, if it is the mine/s was the reason for Leon and Neal to buy shares as they knew they were going to sell.That's another bit of hope instead of fact. All I know is, and have said a few times, we are entering a new market in Copper, everyone (including podcasts) has been saying that JLP are amazing, will have enormous free cash flow next, soon be a billion $ Company, got a deal with IRH, making loads out of Chrome, etc etc, and we are nearly going back to 5p. I know metals are weak, I know it's holiday time, I know we are waiting for an RNS, I know we all want to make a fortune, is there something going on that we don't know? Probably not, it's just a crap market especially now our lovely Starmer is now in. Let's hope Thursday brings what we all want to hear. I say Thursday as that is the normal day of the week that there is an RNS

There is an article in the Monday version of the Times after an interview with Duncan Wanablad regarding the price of Copper after he says that the demand from China has softened and there could be a short term softnest with the price.

Everyone apparently thought that because of Copper mine closures etc etc that the price would go up but it remains 16% below the high this year. I'm just letting everyone know as I have not got an opinion on it. He still is a bull on medium to long term prices of the price

There is a guy on the ADVFN board saying that his friend had 10 million shares and so far he has sold 3 million.

So as I'm sure that you are aware it is coming from all directions. However, someone is picking them up and the price seems to of stabalised in the last few days.

Can you imagine what people would think if the sent out an RNS stating that Roan is building up to design capabilities and then a few days later the Directors but shares. That is what I call confidence, not saying nothing and buying. I'm sure I will get shot down and everyone say I'm doing this for a reason to get in cheaper, believe me I'm not buying anymore.

I hope you are right and accept that my confidence and trust in the JLP team is shot to pieces but for good reason, some of which we have discussed. It's really frustrating to see which way they go regarding keeping the smaller investors up to date on what is going on. Someone mentioned yesterday that a quick RNS about Roan being now fully finished and ramping up would do wonders for the individual when you realise that trust has been a problem with your Company.

Let's hope they are moving forward like everyone expects. Regards

Hi I can just about promise you that we will get nothing from the claim as if I remember correctly there have been some really strange things going on with the movement of who now owns the claim and whoever it is gets the first $100 million

then we may get the rest. It's bloody appalling what they have done. This has been done by the original Company who took the claim on after the new board came in
