You are right in your thinking up to a certain point. Different views make a market, so you will as I already know will get the whole spectrum of views with most people except Gotreal of course as it's his way or the highway (just Joking gotreal) If you read my last post you will understand what I mean about communicating, some will think my view is splitting hairs but look at the response that the RNS got and think about the response it would have got if they had worded things in a way that didn't make you hear it from a podcast

I'm not arguing with you at all, but there are two important points that I would like to raise that to me are crucial.

Why do we have to wait until we hear on a two bit podcast that the forecast is a moving target and will be updated as they go along. Why could they have not stated that in the RNS. How many investors new or old do you think listened to they unprofessional podcast. They could quite easily stated that because of problems before they are going to take a more prudent approach to forecasting and feel very confident that throughout the year there MAYBE will be news of higher output because that is what we are aiming for. Secondly, people who are on the sidelines would not be impressed with how they deal with things and communicate to their Shareholders. For instance, the Broker has stated that the figures are CONSERVATIVE, why could they not use that word in the RNS which would have stopped people yesterday including me wondering what the hell is going on. I know quite a few people who sold because they were just plain fed up with the way the Investor was dealt with yesterday, and then after the podcast they were even more annoyed because of lack of clarity. People think I want to bash the Company everyday but they just bloody well shoot themselves in the foot with every RNS. What do you think would have happened the SP if they had done so AND I am bullish on the Company

Northern that's good as no one has a clue what is going on with the future. I can understand them going down the route of upgrading the forecast but if we have no idea at all other than the basement amount stated why would new people invest at the moment. I think they are going to make a lot of money and eventually the SP will be far higher, if I live that long.

Akroteri is directly underneath the town of Akroteri, to mine that you would have to go deep and you probably won't get permission to do it because of where it is situated. underground mining costs a fortune. however there is quite a lot more gold where they are at the moment but they just can't get the mixture right as it's so complicated and changes.

On reflection you are right about proving the process, it is a big step forward to prove to everyone that it can be done.

I have been thinking about everything that has been said regarding Leon and I remember him saying that a decision will be made in October regarding Chambisi or how they were going to refine. This made me think about they employed the latest broker , is it RBC Capital, together with maybe splitting the Company into two separate parts. I say this because I just can't understand the RNS after listening to the Podcast. They could have said the same words in the RNS to placate everyone about the forecast. However it still doesn't add up why they have not increased the Chrome now that Thuste 2 will be in play sooner or later. Your thoughts would be welcome

Well Gray1 The only question I have is how are they going to get the SP up. I am really fed up with it all and although in the next few years things will go in the right direction as long as there is not WW3 I really thought like most people we would be further down the line with a much higher SP which would take the pressure off everything. Everyone here feels the same way in different degrees, you invest in what you want to so you can make money and live better and I fully understand things go up and down but this journey has been very painful and hindsight is a wonderful thing. I hope that JLP get taken over ASAP for a reasonable price

Although no one likes Heroric and he seems more aggressive than me which is something, he’s got a point regarding who people feel. We now have to wait another long period of time before we see our money grow and that’s why we are in it so people will leave. To say another year to wait after three years of problems is depressing

Yes you are right about sell on news, I'm not talking generally about the SP, I'm talking about the perceived confidence again as the RNs with it's forecast is just plain stupid Leave Copper alone for a second, Leon was stating that with Thuste 1 and 2 we will do over 2 million tons of Chrome, we will have them both in place by the end of August if it is on time so why show no growth or very little, Why is he doing this?

I understand that a CEO should be cautious,that is prudent, but I hope the pendulum has swung far to much the other way as a few months ago you were talking down 25k of Copper and saying a more realistic amount would be 12k which after me thinking about it I was comfortable with. But when you listen to podcast where the speaker is talking it up and Leon is trying to be conservative which is correct even the most bearish thought we should do more. Look at the response from the market and it would tell you all.

Seis can you educate me regarding what 10 fold means to production as to me this would mean more Copper per ton of throughput

I can't make head or tail of it, Leon is stating that Chrome won't really grow even with Thuste 2 and 3 as others here have said. Copper forecast is awful as if Roan was doing as he stated 700 tons per month, over 10 moths that's 7000 tons, ( I knew I was good at math's !!). So really nothing from Sable or anywhere else. Leon is playing with our money !!

I too HOPE Jubilee will be a great Company so we are on the same page, every time I try to show you a situation you ignore it. AND I am not at all bitter towards Leon Ollie or anyone else, and I did help them a bit when I was dealing with someone in SA who was in charge of Comms in the early days, I wasn't even trying to get them to use my services when talking to Ollie I just wanted them to better what they were doing. I think I will leave it here with you Mikie as your a nice fella but never answers my point,You say I accept there have been problems but these have been overcome, it's the way they overcame them regarding telling us about it that has caused all the problems. I'm parking it with you my friend as you will never in a month of Sunday's understand

Let us talk about Sentiment.

There is a Company that I'm sure you have all heard of called Avacta, an investment Comapny put a huge SHORT on it and the price went from 1.20p to about 45p. In that space of time nearly every post on that board and other people including the papers were positive about the Company notwithstanding the problems that they had or lay ahead. The SP is now recovering strongly, so what does that tell you about sentiment. Avacta has had a new CEO etc etc . Leon is a fantastic chemical engineer and the Company could not of survived without him, Ollie needs to earn his huge salary and do something about the elephant in the room that now everyone has accepted, except for maybe Mikie

I have come to the conclusion that whatever you put on the board, someone will answer it in a way that keeps the in the ring for want of a better expression. Mikie. Just look at what you said and what I said and compare the difference, If your wood is going to be late and you had it for finishing a project that everyone was waiting for and you were in charge, They wouldn't give a damn about what your supplier is saying if you have already made a commitment. it's your job to make sure the project finishes on time and on budget end of!! There could be 100 different reasons and regarding JLP the market understood and accepted it, but when JLP said that the product was here waiting for painting and then it'sgoing to be shipped to Zambia, do you think we should have asked Leon if the electrical component was there as well? Hesaid the unit was in SA waiting for painting and then ready to ship, you would have looked an idiot if you asked him the question because YOU trust him, he was not telling the truth. As far as forecasts are concerned he stated that they would do XXXPRM's XXXX Chrome and XXX Copper in the years just finished, that was a forecast. I'm beginning to lose the will to live having to answer questions that sound like you don't understand. Look at my post yesterday, everyone including Seis and Happy Days have said similar things to what I have been saying for weeks now

One of the most important bit about being a CEO on top of running a Company is to clearly give messaging to shareholders that is factual regarding situations, dates, profit forecasts etc etc to make sure SENTIMENT is always positive or if there is negative sentiment to report in a way that is clear concise and with an explanation together with how he is dealing with it.

Hang on a second everyone, be careful, stop drinking, Seis, Happy days etc etc are starting to say the things that I have been saying for weeks now, Gray has also thought the same but has been more eloquent in his approach. Mikie has just admitted that Roan is late and the communication could be better. Seis is saying that Mikie doesn't do himself any favours in the way he says things. Mikie says that now there is a game plan, the only problem with that is no one knows what it is!! Gray and Seis want to know about Feed grades, Gotreal says the posts are affecting the share price because some people are negative.There is a huge difference between being negative and stating the obvious. Mikie is now saying that Leon was so desperate to appease shareholders that he was saying things about timelines that maybe he shouldn't

I really sorry but I have been saying exactly the same thing now for weeks and months and now the bulls (except for Gray1 are starting to say what I have been rambling on about and have been told that I should sell my shares if I don't believe in the Company. I swear that most on here don't read posts correctly or ignore the things that they don't want to hear. I think the Company is fantastic and should be reflected with their comms in a way that creates confidence and forward thoughtfulness. Then and only then together with good figures will the SP rise. Now I hope we are all friends here and if any new people are reading this,were doomed Captain were all doomed !!

Thank you for your very measured post. After reading Gray’s post and yours, It seems we are all saying the same things. I am probably much more blunt than you and Gray put together as I see so many missed chances of giving investors much better comms and clarity which would give everyone much more confidence to invest. I have just rad the article you kindly put on the board, it's a really cheap way to get back into Zambia and have a partner like IRH who can then finance deals with Anglo who need to do something to stop being a takeover target.

However Anglo getting hold of JLP and doing deals with IRH is not enough to stop a takeover fight although the ones who would want to get hold of Anglo will have the same problems regarding divesting their portfolio to have a good chance, the only one that could do it in my opinion is Glencore
