It's a very difficult situation regarding the situation with building on the land, However, whether they built on the land or not Iran and it's proxies would still want to irradicate the state of Israel and all the Jews in the world, so it would never of changed the way things are today. After 3 RNS's about Copper which were not factual by months, you can't just deal with it or move on. That's nonsense!!

The Company needs to be held to account for their over ambitious reporting and there disaster of procurement.

I have said many times that they should make sure that the item holding everything up should have been delivered by a special purpose vehicle as it would have shown good management and held the SP up and would have helped cash flow etc etc.

I think we were all happy that the Company were doing well and we were making money Seis sounds like it may be a bad thing, If you look at the competitors in the PGM marketplace who have nothing else to add but PGM's they have not been hit nearly as hard as JLP who apparently are offering their shareholders a brand new very profitable market to go in, and the shares are under 6p. That's great marketing. There is an american Company, can't remember the name of them, they have big hitters as board members and investors like BHP and RIO, they do a similar process. They are not producing yet they make losses and look at the SP. Go Figure

I am more than happy to be corrected but Sable has been happening for months and we really haven't heard a lot. IRH we haven't heard anything really Thuste 2 has not been confirmed as going to be finished in August so we don't know if it will or won't. Thuste 3 well, please tell me when there has been a date for it that is reliable. M&G modules again please tell me a reliable date, community work, well I won't comment but does that do anything to the bottom line.

The glass project nothing has been said about that for ages. So maybe your mind is playing games with you as to me you have said nothing substantial or Rapid because you can't put a definitive timeline to it so you are non the wiser.

It's the definitive timelines that will drive the SP not promises of I'm going to do this and that because people won't wait.

it's only when investors put the board under pressure will you then get some kind of communication and commitment from the Company because your response is full of nothing because you can't substantiate anything other than a vison and defaults. I would put money on it that the Xmas raise was because they were running out of money and the excuse fitted the story. This will be borne out when we hear the next set of figures and supposed timelines

Yes shortcomings.

Progress since Xmas substantial and rapid. Well they have purchased 2 mines and given shares

They have also sent out 3 RNS's saying that Roan will be done in April then June then July and we are now in August and they are just starting to ramp up. They have promised Thuste will be done by August and they have also said the IRH have taken up their option. Now maybe I have missed something, because I really don't see where the substantial and rapid movement is . This is maybe where you and I differ, if you think for one minute that this is impressive well then I really don't understand which is why I and many others have been banging on about the same thing.

I agree that things don't go in a straight line and I agree that Companies have shortcomings but don't oversell and under deliver, that's the first rule of dealing with staff and investors. Don't treat people like fools and conveniently forget about things that you have said and then ignore it. This my friend makes people lose trust. Can you see that or not.

I have read your post again, how many people on here have complained about either the SP the reporting or what the hell the Chairman is doing, I say the same to you, after all the information that you have found out and all the important structured posts you have made which is really important to me and others, where are we. Ther have been some people on here who say that they can't send out an RNS because of the timing. others on ADVFN have shot that down in flames. Who is right or wrong I haven't bothered to look but my gut is that it SHOULD be OK to send out an RNS , maybe it's not legal but then they could be hauled over the coals for the tweet. I have posted before about this situation and you said exactly the same then. There is another person on this board that will confirm my situation but I am not asking him to support me. I say again it is the truth, he didn’t trash the CEO he stated facts about why there was a lack of reporting. I really respect you Seis you bring a lot to the party but to an extent you are another ho does not believe anyone else . If you look back on my posts I said this previously, what do I have to gain if I am making it up. I’m a shareholder irrelevant on how many I hold and I need the company to do well so I can make money. I speak my mind, I may be blunt, but I am honest.

You are spot on, however, when I had a video meeting some time ago with the chairman he said exactly that which I have posted on before but he assured me that there is a new FD coming in together with a corporate comms person that the FD will choose.Ollie stated that he was .frustrated in fact I was astonished when he said he totally agreed with me on the situation.

I was supposed to have another meeting with him at his request as I think I frustrated him but the October 7 th happened and I got involved in more important things and told him not to bother. I have been so near contacting him again but I was going to wait until Roan was running before I did it in case of shooting myself in the foot..I am again fully prepared fr people not to believe me as on this board it is normal

I appreciate your post but for years we have been hearing rubbish from people even when there is a bad RNS.

It's OK to have hope as we all have but reading immature stuff when this is a serious situation when your money is involved does not hit the right notes. I know some have said well why don't you sell, I accept that there is a FOMO as the story is really great, but how many times do you have to lose trust. It's not me that has to sell, it's the Company that has to do what most other Companies do, report honestly, keep the individual up to date without going crazy. Show a bit of integrity towards investors not just the large ones. I have said many times, look how Sylvania report. I accept that there SP has followed the PGM basket but there is honesty and integrity in the reporting even going as far as stating threats and weaknesses. So when you do that people who invest trust them. If JLP were a tiny loss making miner drilling for whatever you can accept the way Colin addresses people but JLP are now a profitable supposedly reputable Company with a supposed reputable Chairman. Is what I am saying asking too much. It's not exactly rocket science, many others do it so again I say why can't JLP. I also say again I have seen Directors hauled up to the FSA for sending out RNS's that are not factual

I'm going to try and be as careful as possible as I know Mikie who I like is a hyper sensitive little soul who thinks clouds are made of candy floss and bunny rabbits and spring lamb bounce around lovely green meadows with endless buttercups.

Cows will be mooing and horses will be jumping around whilst God serving people go to church in the sunshine and play banjo's all day whilst having a BBQ. We also have Gotreal who is still waiting to GET REAL,

Look at the SP and the delays which is now over 6 months etc etc etc etc. Look at the amount of positive talk there has been on Poscasts etc etc etc etc. I now realise that unless everybody shares your myopic point of view and sings Hallelujah Hallelujah were going to see God be a board member of Jubilee then you just don't want to know the honest views of others that judge investing and Companies by how they act and what it does to the SP to get a good return on the money that has been well earned that they have put into a share, we don't have options or salary which regarding salary they earn very well, It is not easy being a shareholder of a Company that SHOULD be fantastic fail so many times to advise shareholders of the truth which is their responsibility. I am not naive about what the AIM market is about, but they have a reputable Chairman who seems to do JACK !!!! when it comes to satisfying the independent shareholder.

I'm writing this as I am waiting for the paint to dry on my machine before I take it to my daughters house so she CAN'T use it as ther is a part missing but I haven't told her yet.
