I agree with what you are saying, what I have been trying to say for ages is, if a proper CEO who takes into consideration the City and the Companies private investors especially when you have such a liquid stock and you want more institutions to come on board, I would be factual transparent and making a lot more noise about what the Company is doing. Now some will say well they are, but the track record of facts and implications of bending the message has ruined what I think is a fantastic Company with brilliant prospect which is been ruined as you can only do the messaging once.

I will try and take this one at a time.

Northern Shark Good morning to you. You have asked me to let you know where I think the Company has lied.

Firstly, at Xmas when they raised money Leon specifically stated in an interview that some of the money was needed to book forward time so the units can be built, Fact. Seeing as we have heard noting and they don't know what and when they are going to build for the IRH deal, ask yourself if you believe that statement seeing that on the RNS before Xmas it was mentioned about Mulifuria, paying for some small Copper deal and money to finish Sable, and then working capital.

Secondly, the unit for Roan was announced that it was now ready to go to Zambia but it needed painting first, OK that's fine for Dulux lovers but then we heard some weeks later that there was a delay with the electronic circuits.

Now I stupidly thought that the electronic circuits were going straight to Roan and Leon was hoping that the two things would meet so they could get the show on the road. Then we hear, the that there is another delay, then we hear that the unit is now in SA being tested to then go to Roan so my original thought about it going straight to Zambia was wrong.

Now, if I was the NOMAD who's job it is to vet the RNS's to make sure they are factual I would be spitting blood because he has allowed an RNS to go out that was not truthful. Some say well it doesn't matter, but to me it does because now I can't really believe what any RNS states and have to question myself all the time about the relevance of the statement.

These are just 2 things but being lucky enough to have friends who's sons or daughters are in the City I also hear things that are not earth shattering or enough to sell my shares but the view is a bit negative as to the line of management suiting the city which is why some people allude to Leon being a fantastic engineer but there is probably a need for greater transparency because although they are on AIM which we all know is the wild west, the Company is profitable and going to be very very profitable but the faults are making people wary. I was hoping that when Neal came in this would get better, it started to but has gone back to type. Now, I agree that not everybody will agree with me some purely because it is me who is the messenger, I really don't care what people think of me but I am trying to get facts from others like Seis for instance, not to score points but for me to learn and maybe feel more comfortable.

I asked Seis yesterday if he would answer a question about his thoughts on why the SP stays at 6p when there is loads of buying and his thoughts regarding the Company as he still says that we are following the PGM chart. Well Leon doesn't even talk about PGM's, he now says we are a Chrome and Copper Company and PGM's are a free ride. His comment was nothing

I am looking forward to hopefully buying you a drink. I hope you don't mind me commenting on your last post, in fact most of your posts. You have a choice in believing me or not, however, like Seis does, if I say something or ask him to quantify anything he doesn't he just like you post stupid illogical emotional non factual defensive posts.

I hold millions of JLP shares, I have stated this before, you just can't respond to a post without basing factual evidence to why you say such stupid things. I want the Shares to go up, like everyone else, you stating on every post that things are wonderful and the next RNS will be great and take the wind out of my sails and that in a few years we will have x amount of pods working and more and more and more total unsubstantiated hope is a terrible way to treat investments.

You only see good and not facts you only see positive and not see that plans have not been held to, you only blame others when you can't find an answer. Look at Seis and his last post saying that the SP is tracking the PGM price, what a lot of nonsense, even Leon has put PGM's on the back burner and say JLP are a Chrome Company and now a copper Company. you and Seis always make the excuse fit when a proper investor looks at the bad as well as the good.

If things go well and to plan proper investors and professional advisors say that the Directors are doing what they are paid to do, if things go wrong then they must be blames because they are in charge and it is their responsibility.

It's like the newspapers saying that England are going to win the European Cup 4 weeks before it starts and in the competition only to be let down time and time again and then it's the managers fault, fact !! You just refuse all the time to be realistic that things with this Company are not going to plan are always late and the trust has gone out of the window because if the Company was trusted and they were making £40 million on Chrome and that PGM's wash their face and that they have IRH on board and that they are now in Copper and producing people would notice and invest.

They HAVE to change tack with how they reflect themselves. Let's just wait and see what happens when the announce the figures and make an announcement on this years F/Y. I repeat I want the shares to go to 50p if possible but they will only do this with Clarity and a CEO who understands how to deal with the market and it's conditions, not one who understands how to deal with putting production departments be it great ones together. You would make a bloody awful investment manager as you won't look at facts

Your comment to Summit to me is a bit unfair, Yes we are in PGM's. But as others have said we are also huge in Chrome with earnings as from what I THINK you have said is going to be about £40m and NOW we are officially in Copper with the first Roan product off to Sable which is also producing Copper all be it in small batches. So I think people are right to wonder what it is that is going to get the SP running, I posted something about 2 hours ago about it but there has been no response. I think I can show you other Companies where they have sent out an RNS with much smaller information or not as important and the share has flown. I know you are very pro JLP and so am I but this is not right and something is holding it back. Toady ther have been over 2 million buys and probably 400,000 sells and nothing. So please can you let me know your point of view in a pragmatic way not a hopeful emotional way , that is if you don't mind Regards

I'm not going to go on and on about things today as I know everyone is feeling the same way even if they don't admit it. We have lift off 11 Great !! In the last few days including last Friday there have been many purchases of shares if you believe the quotes given, I have also done a dummy run, There SP is being held down either by a seller, or something else. If as a lot of people are saying that MM's don't hold shares, which I am not certain is correct, what do you think the explanation is if it is not a seller in the background. We all would have thought that the SP would climb with news and it hasn't. There are also macro economic things going on, Ukraine, Iran which will attack Israel in the next 6-7 days or as someone else suggested, there is going to be a stock market crash !! If enough bloody people say it like the Telegraph, Times, TV and others which is going on at the moment, they will make it happen. The human being is such a strange animal

Your right but they have cost him nothing,or put it another way what did he pay for them.

I’m not saying he doesn’t deserve them I’m saying they cost him nothing and for instance if they found a hole in their cash flow or the company was bought because they were distressed and the figure paid was under the price he was awarded them he wouldn’t get anything however if that was the case of the company being distressed he probably would hav the options cancelled anyway that’s the point options carry a risk

I would like to try and clarify what Gray1 is saying, It is not whether he has the options or not or when he can exercise on any per say date. Both of those comments you make are correct, there are stipulations with Options to a Director that would normally give certain dates ie: you must hold them for x amount of time before exercising them. This can always be changed with the permission of the Board. What Gray is trying to say which some do not understand is that unless the price of the shares are above the original striking price of the options then the person does not make any money and if the person doesn't exercise them they then wash away. These options are given only to the person that were awarded them and cannot be traded to anyone else or bought buy anyone else, it is purely between to two parties. This is why I said that as in my case I sold all my shares in the PLC that purchased my Company in mid 1987, then after that they wanted me to stay and incentivsed me by giving me loads of option, the stock market crash came and the shares befroe hand were £4.40, they then went to 4p after about 3 months and never came back. My Striking price was £2.00, so anything over £2.00 and I would have made money, I left soon after and then the Company collapsed soon after, not because I left because of bad trading, and bad management decisions. so you can have 1 billion shares nd end up with nothing, it happens

It's always great to have options in the game, however there are loads of Companies that do well and it's not reflected in the SP until there is a bid. When I sold my Company, I had a 3 year earn out based on my figures, they then gave me more options in the group as they liked my style of management and put me in charge of another 3 companies that they bought, I then sold my shares when I was allowed and then after 2 moths the market crash came and they were worthless because of the price they gave me the shares at, all type of things happen with options, they are worthless until they are traded

One important aspect that I think we should consider is the pride and achievement in building up the Company , I HOPE that this is his driver as well and the financial side of it. He has something to prove, everyone has something to prove when they run a business

They were not in a closed period one moth ago or the month before that or 6 moths before that, the comms has been so terrible it has harmed the SP together with the trust element

This is a good board for learning about people and getting different views. If you say something negative your OK, if I do I am blasted out of the sky or ignored, Mikie yesterday accused me of Trolling the board, I'm not sure what that means.

Your sentence that I used just hit the sweet spot on what the problem is, you have put it in a more non evasive way, as I seem to be too blunt for others who will not accept part failure from the CEO. I say again I have far too many JLP shares running into the many millions which is my choice but it seems that if you are not happy with what the Company is doing when you can see so many ways of improving their weakness you are blown out of the water because I should be saying that everything is great Let's all celebrate. It's astonishing that people put up with so much when they have their own money in the game and then they say you need patience, well over 8 years to me is patience, I have said so many times that even if the PGM prices are floored they have ways of promoting and helping the SP, this is reflected in the last RNS that did nothing

Thank you for your email, I have been in JLP since Braemore days, so I think that if someone talks about long term investment, I seem to fit the bill. Having had my pension and investments managed some years ago it was always interesting to hear from the managing partner who every year over about 15-20 years explaining that the portfolio has not managed the growth that they were expecting but you must remember that buying stocks and shares are a long term investment. So, after quite a few years I decided to try and do it myself as it would probably save me money and I would be in charge of my own destiny. What I am trying to say is that a long term investment isn't the end of a rainbow,

I think I have been patient and I am very very impressed with what Leon has achieved. I have met him 3 times and have had a video call with him, and I agree his is a great engineer and I also agree that he is not bothered about the SP.

However, and there is always a HOWEVER, It's a CEO's responsibility to satisfy the shareholders of the Company, it's also his duty to be clear and concise with what is happening in the business, It is interesting that today Shuvlin on ADVFN stated that there seems to be an imbalance between technical expertise in the Company and the Commercial naivety which must be tackled. To be honest, that is what I have been banging on about for a few years and I wish I had come up with that perfect response. I have said many times that although the money shown on the bottom line will finally increase the SP, there are an embarrassment of riches that JLP could talk about and promote to give the SP a floor and platform. Because of the way they have operated, the Trust element has gone out the window and that is very difficult to get back. The issuance of shares after they said 2-3 times no more dilution unless it's a major project, or words to that extent, has also shown a lack of consistency. If they are not careful and having no time for the SP they may get a bid that they don't want but can't stop.

I have been saying the same thing for a while but people don't want to hear it, it doesn't suit their thoughts as you can only be mega positive on this board and say how wonderful things are, I asked Mikie and Seis a question today after Mikie wanted to let the latest RNS take the wind out of my sails. He hasn't responded as it would make him realise that things are not as rosy as he thinks. All will come out soon regarding the sleight of hands regarding raising money at Xmas together with lack of trust because the board say that they won't do anymore dilution and then they do it. They are short of cash which is why the last 2 deals were with shares and the next 4/6 will be as well. They are not being honest and transparent and Leon sells tomorrow every time he talks. It was not long ago that Mikie and others were saying that when Roan goes live the SP will go through the roof or words to that extent.

Thank you both for ignoring what I thought was a perfectly reasonable post. Your silence says it all even if you do respond to this. Gray1, I agree that it is what it is, however, to me it's just not good enough, whether people on here like me or not or ignore what I say because of there inability to see the picture or even not wanting to see the picture, The Company has a problem and being shareholders it's our problem as well. WE ALL thought that the Roan operation is the start of a new dawn, we all thought it would give a massive jolt to how investors or Investment funds would look at the Company, I know you could say, well they are all waiting for it to work, we all know it works. The TRUST and honesty has been blown apart and we ALL need to try and get the Company to understand this and TRY to get them to deal with Clarity.

Good morning , Mikie, you and I were both hoping that the latest RNS would not only take the wind out of my sails but I hoped it would sink my boat. May I have your honest thoughts (without looking through a rose tinted prism) what your thoughts are on the reception the RNS has had as going back just a few weeks ago we were all talking about this RNS being a launchpad for the SP. I know it's August, I know there are problems around the world etc etc so we can't use those things as reasons. There were over 2 million shares traded yesterday after our long awaited news. Today it is really nothing. How can we collectively reach out to the board and give them constructive suggestions that would help all of us

Do we think that the Board are mistrusted after issuing more shares, are people not buying because they know that there are up to 10 sites they are looking at whereby the Board MAY issue more shares. Where people (including me) thinking that the Company were going to make a more finished product than just selling concentrate to the market where the margins are much less. Can we ask for more clarity so new investors feel more comfortable to invest as the future still looks opaque. I ask all these questions because most people are very disappointed with the response.

So we are at last up and running and commissioning Roan, Great. I would again ask for some clarity as I am confused.

I have just listened to the Roast podcast, Leon only spoke about concentrate going to market, I have also looked at the new presentation where it states that concentrate from Roan will be sent to Sable to make cathode. I can't understand why Leon didn't mention this as we make much more money ob cathode than Sulphide concentrate. So it is impossible to try to evaluate what will be produced and then how much we will make as Leon has always bundled everything in regardless. We then have to wait until a decision is made regarding whether we attach a refining process onto Roan or buy one which I presume is Chambisi. I naively thought the upgrade on Sable was to produce Sulphide cathode as we are already producing oxide cathode. Can someone who is still speaking to me please clarify. On another note, the announcement that everyone has been waiting for is now out, the SP has not moved. JLP have an embarrassment of riches to talk about, to me they have only got the embarrassment bit right. I can't believe that such a wonderful Company with so much going on and so many positive things to talk about as they are in such a fantastic niche area where not only huge amounts of money can be made ( which is why we are all here) manages to totally and utterly screw it up. It's beyond me.

You miss my point, I didn't say international law was in force then, I only stated what the Senator said on a video, and I also stated that although international law is now available, everyone ignores it to suit them selves.I never even thought about abandoning it. This is no sleight on you but it's funny how people read something and then think it says something else. I am forever doing it and have to read things twice as I am getting older and my head can't absorb things correctly like it used to. I think I've just opened myself up for something saying that !!
