Thanks for your response, where did you manage to read the broker note as I can't get it. If possible can you put a link onto the board. I agree with everything you are saying, but why could they not state that at Roan it will be Sulphide because if you listen to the podcast and the roast boys talking figures they are assuming its going to make a fortune and they alluded to Oxide

I listened to the podcast last Sunday, as I said even after that podcast no one knows about the split of Sulphide or Oxide which makes a huge difference. I think the boys at roast were pushing the amounts up and obviously Leon can't answer but this has been done before by them. There is no doubt that down the line the Company will be hugely profitable and we know this is just the start. But with all Leon's talk about Roan and Monkoyo and the two new aquisitons which now make a total of three and more to come, as we all know the elephant in the room is how on earth are they going to process it if Sable is full. If it's just Sulphide it doesn't matter as it can be sold to market, and that is my worry, as it changes the figures enormously. So why don't they answer the question?

To be honest this F/Y doesn't really matter because of all the delays, Yes the projections for next F/Y are very important

my fear is that all the new units being put at Monkoyo and other places will suffer the same delays as Roan because of the problem with time lines for production or customs.

I am also a bit perplexed when I look at the buys(if they are buys) yesterday and we go down and down again today for no real reason. Is it the MM's playing games? or are they sells

Hi hope you are well, obviously you are correct as technically any shares handed out is a dilution

and as you know but some seem not to accept it, dilution of hypothetically $4million to make 40 million

dollars is EPS enhancing so beneficially good for the shareholder and obviously the Company.

If JLP once having all the cash does a share buyback then what would people say although it has been proven that buybacks are not really the best way of spending free cash flow

I think there are a few points to discuss with Leon and Neal, and I think I may have an explanation regarding the electrical circuits that are always late.

Firstly, As I have said a few times, Leon is always talking about Copper which to me seems to be Sulphide as he goes on about purification,(maybe not that word. We need to find out is we are talking Sulphide or Oxide which makes a huge difference in profits and cash flow.

The second area to look at and ask is do they design each electrical component that takes 12 months to get here after they have done the research into what the testing discovers, that would mean they can build the heavy stuff quickly but can't build the electrical components until they have satisfied themselves that the design of the circuits will do the right job. So they can't forward order the electrical components as they are not the same every time. This may be the case but I need a specialist or someone who knows much more than I do to answer, can you tweak an electrical component on site to change the mixture etc etc.

The third thing is that Leon will just not admit anything that makes him look wrong, ie: the unit has been done in time etc etc. We all know it hasn't but he won't admit it, THE ACHILLES HEEL

Do you realise that you are questioning an ex Chairman of a public company.

I think he knows about shares and share dilution, if it enhances the company assets and profits it's great

business especially the price they are paying for the asset. If you look at the large Companies they have billions of shares

because of that reason. Yes there are more shares but there are more assets and profits, in fact much more profit than the original deal. You pay 12 million shares at 7.8p a shares and probably get back $30 million dollars plus

The RNS is OK and the share issue is OK, I have no problem with issuing shares for longer term value.

The Roan electrical component timeline is what it is, it's not really JLP's fault other than promising delivery much earlier.

I am interested in knowing how much of this Copper is Oxide or Sulphide as Leon only talks about Sulphide which we make less on. The grades though are good. Slowly bit surely they are getting their act together but I think the SP rise will be slower than I hoped for

Read all your posts with interest May I say, Leon has never been really interested in the SP,even Colin when I spoke to him said we don't look at the SP as if the business is good it will look after itself. Most CEO's of public Companies are not driven by the SP unless they have a bonus attached to it. We are all surprised with what is going on, there is definitely something going on in the background. Neal when he spoke said the Comms is very important to him now he is in charge which goes against what is going on, maybe they have decided that they have come to a crossroads where they need more help financially to expand at the rate they want to so they need to partner up, or the bloody thing has not worked out like they thought so they must do what every other Company does in that situation, put yourself on the market.

Who knows, just trying to work out reasons for a news blackout as it really does not make sense.

Everyone knows that JLP like making announcements on a Thursday,

I have stated before that I think something big is going on in the background which has meant a news blackout.

I remain convinced that is why RBC was invited to get involved and IRH and JLP are doing a deal either with Chambisi

or Zambia but maybe not SA.If Roan was on track they would say so in an RNS, if Roan was NOT on track they have a duty to say so. They peace is deafening

Well thinking about it, if it's down 8% and 6% in SA over two trading days and it's down yesterday and today in the UK

and the two markets are not linked then it seems to me unless I am wrong that there can only be one thing which

Yes that's right I think but it went down 8% apparently last Friday.

I'm hopeing that someone in the UK is just panicking and throwing the towel in at any price

rather than a leak, but that's the problem, all the Company has to do is make a small statement

Sorry to go on but I would like some comments please. If and it is a very big IF IRH buy JLP together with Chambesi and they are trying to buy a area that the Chinese were trying to buy so someone said on this board together with trying to buy a percentage of Vendata so someone said on this board, and they sold forward Copper so it was said on this board,

assuming that all this came together plus other aquisitions in Zambia, I would assume they would be (once fully up and running) probably the second biggest player of copper globally. When the Arabs do something they don't screw around

Seis, you are right, every one is waiting to hear about Roan. If Roan was delayed and assuming they have learnt from previous non comms being the death etc then they have a duty to report as it is material to figures. There is also the case that now Neal is on board he knows the score about the rules and regulations that being an FD of a public Company they can hold him to account. So the question is why is there a blackout of news. One theory I have is that IRH are trying to buy everything regarding Copper in Zambia and although they may have expertise they need JLP to maximise everything that they are involved in. That is not rocket science to work out. If they but a portion of JLP it also stops others from bidding, as they would outbid any offer. There is also a case that we have seen many times in that the board of directors have messed up so the only solution is a Sale. I am not suggesting this but if there is delay after delay after delay, it always comes down to the CEO. There is no reason for a blackout if everything was fine. They could report that even if the electrical component was late it is now here being linked into the system. Problem solved.

Why did they ask RBC to get involved?

I am not suggesting I am correct but everything else to me does not add up because if they announce next week everything is up and running or just starting then it is yet again a comms screw up because the figures will not be met which is material and against the rules.
