No fund is buying as per my previous posts. The alpha shares were FREE from the placin at NIL consideration see Mondays RNS

Anyway, 7% is a trifling amount let’s not get onto the. 31,500,000 performance shares to be awarded to the BOD, a mere third of the company. The first batch will dilute holders when the drill hits the ground (not on drilling success mind)

And Ace I think the only “plank” here is you who are trying to state this is a fund “buying in with confidence”

The thing is it’s accurate. I’m here to try to let investors know that it’s not a fund buying in, it’s a fund converting their free placing shares as per Mondays Rns.

I want to make sure investors know that the lock in is until January and then they can offload over 7% of the company for profit.

Or am I wrong? Surely as an investor you’d know?
