LegalWolf we are talking about GEX not HEX. I have no interest in HEX. Defend GEX’s dilution and state why it’s a good investment.

Hardol… More like HardofHearing, I suppose the quality of your investment RTO’d at 12.5p and hitting highs of 19p is now judged by the market. The SP is where it is not due to spurious claims of BOD fraud by certain articles, but because it’s a damn risky binary play with over 50% dilution to come in the coming weeks and months… As you’ve just stated, binary.

And yet you all ramp it and say BUY! To unwitting newbies… and I’m the bad guy!

The thing is I’m telling the BB factual things about GEX, of that you cannot dispute (dilution etc ) and I’m deemed as spreading FUD.

I THINK THE REALITY IS THAT YOU DONT LIKE THESE DETAILS BEING STATED AS THEY ARE NOT POSITIVES WHETHER KNOWN OR NOT. THIS SMACKS OF HYPOCRISY THAT ON ONE HAND THIS IS A GREAT INVESTMENT, HOWEVER WE DONT WANT TO TALK ABOUT THE HUGE DILUTIVE AND RISKY ELEPHANTS IN THE ROOM. DISGRACEFUL.

I think the point to highlighting the dilution through BOD reward shares and warrants was to make new investors aware of it… And seemingly some existing investors by the sound of it who didn’t understand it.

My question to STEAKPIE and those that read the prospectus at the RTO and understood exactly what the situation with this was is:

Knowing what you knew, how did you ever conceive that this was in any way a sound investment and worthy of your hard earned cash?

I ask this because if you knew of all the dilution to come through 20.5m+ warrants and 31.5m BOD reward shares = 53% dilution then that seems crazy… even if, as you keep saying, hussar hits helium the rewards render it not mattering!?

Before I’m called a liar I’ll show my working:

Current shares in issue as per the last (wrongly labelled RNS) 97m

BOD reward shares 31.5m and warrants 20.5m = 52m

97m / 100 = 970,000

52m / 970,000 = 53.6% dilution

So if at the RTO you bought 10% of the company by the time all the dilution has hit you’d be only left with under 5% of the company through no fault of your own. It’s worth noting the reward shares are awarded not for revenue milestones either, so the just need to get the drill in the ground.

As I said. I want to make newbies aware of all this and to ask existing investors how the heck they saw this as a wise investment knowing what they supposedly knew. I’m guessing they didn’t fully understand this dilution.

I’ll get called a FUDSTER but before you do defend your position and tell me How I’m wrong!

At best HUSSAR is 33% COS According to your own pro GEX people in here. I have it much lower. Even that is strikingly risky as the company’s entire fortunes depend on it (you know as well as anyone the RTO funding doesn’t stretch to Mt Winter, so HUSSAR has to work)

Is it that you’re scared of my posts because you didn’t know all this info before you bought into GEX? Or are you scared because you don’t want new investors to find all this out?

Sadly MagnaCarta, I get accused of FUD, and yet they cannot fault my post with real evidence. Yes my forecast for drilling might slip a day or two dependent on the wheels of organisations processing reports etc. who knows,it might just make December.

But there’s no comment on the 30% dilution at all. Doesn’t that concern them?

It appears that the: “if we hit helium it won’t matter” defence is all they’ve got.

Here’s the GEX reality. As per the RNS it’ll take them 10 days to lodge the report to DEMIRS. So if this were a normal month that would maybe be processed around the last week or so of the month, but of course it’s December and most organisations will wind down as of Friday 20th or maybe if you’re lucky Monday 23rd. So in all seriousness GEX are looking at a January drill start date and due to the New Years Festivities it’s realistically going to be no earlier than Monday 6th January.

Then, as per todays RNS, the drill will take a whopping 50 days (hopefully no delays) so by the time GEX finish it’ll be Monday 25th February, then a week for flow testing (if not a duster) so 4th March at the earliest for results.

The critical thing here is that the Alpha Fund’s 7.7% stake they got for free (see RNS stating shares were acquired for NIL CONSIDERATION) are locked in until January. And what do you think will happen?

Almost certainly Alpha will Derisk and dump all their free shares pre drill as they would be crazy to hold those shares on a 8% COS drill (I know they’re targeting 3 formations and some see this as a 33% COS, But I disagree with that logic)

Also as soon as GEX start the drill the BOD will be awarded 15,000,000 reward shares on top of 6,500,000 for the resource increase award (22% of the entire company). Ouch!

So the reality is probably a January drill start, March results and Alpha unloading their 7.7% stake in GEX in January when their lock in phase expires and a further 22% dilution through BOD reward shares. So a total of nearly 30% dilution by the end of January.
