I get all the points made by Thompi, lootgaloot and 1eyedman they are all helpful in picturing where investors are. But I try to focus on thinking about a positive outcome to securing funding because I think the management have taken the project close to production and marketing the product. It will be a very poor show if they fail at this stage in the project when they are so close to success. I hope the big investors continue to support the project through this difficult patch and do not give up at the final hurdle. All the investment in infrastructure is only really valuable if it can be used for the purpose it was bought for.

Totally agree with you Latino. Keep those positive waves coming. The share price of SO4 frozen on the AIM is good news and should have happened many moons ago not after numerous suspensions of SO4 on ASX. If the sun breaks through the clouds and shines on SO4 then maybe both markets for SO4 can open simultaneously in a positive wave of optimism!

Yuri I think the trading advantage has been skewed in the favour of ASX since their SO4 share price has been frozen unlike SO4 on AIM which has lost most of its value. I don't think recent trades had any bearing on timing of last RNS. I think it more about going forward after the next RNS, with both markets closed.

I really do get it that SO4 has a range of problems to solve but I remain hopeful that the leaders of SO4 will sort it out, get the funding required and get production of potash going. My position remains thinking positive, since this is the heart of the RNS that they remain in mode of seeking funds. How long it will take we don't know. I expect we will discover more this week. If they have not secured funding yet, then I hope they just add another suspension to SO4 on ASX and continue with AIM suspension. I think the Australians are going to do everything possible to get this great project moving again.

I agree with you bunsenburner123 that serious selling has taken place today and IMO SO4 is worthy of a much higher price. All trades today are small in the sense of being close to 2p but with trades close to or even equal to the mid price of 2.025, such as the 500,000 trade listed as unknown could be a buy.
As quite rightly, fundamentalanalysis points out do the sellers, "... know something which is not nice coming?."

Me being too optimistic maybe because of the spread being small, some of the big sells are actually buys.
At least the market makers have kept the trading above 2p for the time being.
A positive RNS update on fundraising would be a great news.

Yes it is nuts that the share price is falling so much. But many investors are suffering and the SO4 management are slow in acting to resolve the funding and their other problems. I hope the market makers will hold back the share price from going lower lower than 2p. I hope the bottom was reached today and the trend changes.

I think the underlying reason is that investors feel they have been very unfairly treated into believing that SO4 had all the funds necessary to start production and most of all sales of the potash. Instead they have had problems with production and now they need more money to solve problems they have encountered. So that is where we are SO4 needing more and the SO4 share price has dived leaving many investors stranded with an investment a distant shadow of their former shareholding. Investors await and wait... the new CEO RNS for the next fundraising!

Thanks for your post. So maybe 15th of November is a good target deadline date to look out for. Fundraising needs to be sorted out quick while the share price is still visible and has potential to rise given positive news. Investor optimism in SO4 is running out with the daily sales dominating and the daily drop in share price. The management need to act fast and get things sorted, rights issue or whatever, get it sorted, quick. Thanks for all your thoughts Cowpower on SO4.

Today the share price is barely holding onto trading at 2p. I hope the market makers aim to keep the spread low and the share at no less than 2p until we receive a positive RNS. For me, I think the management must deliver in the next week and that they will deliver. Not sure what you mean by " du think it’ll be higher than 2p?". What form the funding will come in, is unknown and open to speculation.

Maybe next week when CEO makes his positive RNS announcement in relation its Lake Way Project funding alongside his into battle statement. Combined with opening of trading SO4 on ASX.

If Australian market was open to SO4 investors they would have a choice about how they manage their shareholding buy, hold or sell.

Bzohdan: maybe check the tradeplan terms for your broker. I use Halifax so I can only answer for Halifax. On their Tradeplan facility they monitor prices between 8:05 and 16:30 for limit orders. You can specify an expiry date for limit order. You could monitor/trade in the first 5 minutes of the day yourself, if your buy/sell limit is reached, then go for it. Maybe this helps you. Check all TradePlan details on your broker website.

Yes Tobin, yet another extension to suspending trading SO4 on Australian market.
If the management team of SO4 were confident of their plans and trusted all their investors to make their own decisions about investing in SO4, they would have both markets open for business.
If Australian PIs where keen they would be buying SO4 on their own market, at a price dictated by the market, higher or lower than the London market.

SMR's of course would be positive news that will push RR. higher. Also today from BBC "Coronavirus travel advice eased for 32 countries" this sounds good for RR.
