AS EXPECTED, the market reacted favourably to Tremors update earlier today. A good strong close too, which I trust will be a small sign of better things to come in the longer-term.

I guess there will be a few of us who may have a glass or two later this evening to celebrate

IF we were somehow to achieve a RATIO of Revenue/Net Profit growth somewhere approaching to what say someone like ‘TradeDesk’ are producing then it may be possible to expect a remotely close similar SP growth RATIO for Tremor.

TD have grown over 300% in the last twelve months! IF our SP grew only ONE THIRD of that (100%) over the next say 12 via similar significant Quarter on Quarter organic growth and profitability RATIO then I make the SP in a years time closer to £4 !?

Now that’s looking at the Glass TWO THIRDS FULL !!!

Why don’t you also tell us about your ” Investment Decision” in TLY plc ? It hasn’t been proved so “Conclusively Right “ has it ?

Or your SHORT Investment decision in Bytrol plc at around 2p ! That hasn’t turned out so 2Conclusively Right” either has it !?

Even your Blinx/R1 investment decision that you seem so proud of and gloat in did NOT have a very happy ending for you did it?

I hear where you coming from, loud and clear and quite rightly so. I am happy to roll the dice again on this and wait a bit longer but that’s a personal stance. We all have different entry points in to this share and different expectations and exit strategies.

PS - you forgot to include a nice hot cup of Earl Grey tea with those scones , Jam and Cream

It all depends on how risk-averse or not any potential acquirer is . Any acquisition of Tremor at this moment on the back of H1 results and Q3 forecast alone is possible BUT will still carry risk to the acquirer.

They will therefore want to pay a lot less if they are taking more risks without the certainty of say 3 more profitable quarters under Tremors belt.

Certainty and a longer successful trading track record will have a premium attached that I for one would prefer to see and wait for.

it may well be that Tremor has been slipping in and out of some radars as a potential M&A target recently.

One would imagine that those watching eyes may want to see further continued evidence of Tremors success in proving its Business Model and its organic growth patterns before making their move.

I would think we need to demonstrate the ability to monetise our (Tremor) growth potential going forward for a few more Quarters before a serious player (in Nasdaq or elsewhere) would be ready to act.

This isn’t such a bad thing as after say 2-3 further successful and positive quarters our position in any future M&A negotiations would be that much stronger!

Trumps slogan has always been to “ Make AMERICA” great again. Not UK, Europe or any where else for that matter. Its USA self interest that will always come first (naturaly). It has always been that way to various degrees during both Republican and Democrat presidency.

Hence, we in the UK need to look after ourselves even more closely, now that we are out of Europe and have lost that safety of numbers.

I would be weary of any commitment given by either US Candidate as we have seen many commitments broken in the past.

Yeah sounds about right to me.. I remember buys at £1.40 and £1.70s during the first Buyback.. So at this rate with the latest round we should have an overall average of around £1.40ish per share over the $20m combined buybacks.

Looking back on my original query and your innocent reply , I don’t think I asked the question in the right way.

What I am looking for is, what our overall SP buy price average has been during each of the two latest rounds of $10m buy backs ( obviously the current $10m not quite finished yet but almost there).
