Let me clarify a couple of fundamental inaccuracies in your post.

Me and Tricky are NOT here because of " an investor in Tremor plc" who also happens to be invested here on TLY.

Stt1 stopped being an investor in Tremor plc over FIVE years ago when he sold up at a significant loss ( by his own admission),

However in the last 5 years he has NOT moved on and instead under the pretense of providing "News Flow" has posted many TENS of THOUSANDS of posts on various threads that can only be described as vindictive, malicious and with the sole agenda of damaging Tremor plc where me and Tricky are invested.


You can easily corroborate the above from any long-term poster on Tremor plc Threads.

In response to your second comment about me and Tricky showing disregard for TLY investors you need to open your eyes and then will see WHO here on TLY board really has been showing disregard for TLY investors.

Stt1 has had many opportunities to STOP his behavior on Tremor plc threads against the investors there and yet he continues to try and damage Tremor plc.

The SP here has been drifting despite "Director Buys" , "Multiple Contract Win Announcements" and a high degree of general "Monopoly" that TLY enjoys in providing its services to NHS.

Even the so called "Long NHS Waiting Lists" and increased backlogs have not come to TLYs rescue.

Two hours in to the opening of the market and a grand total of 4 trades have taken place in the whole country . I think that would provide you with all the answers you need.

The TLY share price has been drifting for months and months…nothing to do with Ukraine crises, you are showing your ignorance my friend.

TLY shares simply carry RISK from overreliance on Government /NHS for its business and hence a constant possibility of catastrophic change in Government/NHS policy . We all saw the effects of a mere "White Paper" leak almost a year ago on the SP , from which it has not recovered to this day.

Add to the above a lack of meaningful bottom-line profitability and you will begin to arrive at some of the core reasons why the Markets are not interested and are valuing TLY accordingly.

One look at this shares history will tell you that the current SP is a direct result of the companies failure to increase its overall profitability plus the ongoing heavy risk to contract cancellations at a stroke.

Read my earlier last post. From where I am standing this is NOT a game ! It’s a sample demonstration of what Stt1 has been doing on Tremor day in day out for 7 years .

Of course ideally it would have been better for each of us to have concentrated on our own investments in Tremor and TLY and post on the relevant Boards. However, this was not an option for Stt1 and his crusade against Tremor and its investors continues unabated

Regardless of how well or not Tremor have been doing throughout the last few years YOUR so called News/Flow commentary has been consistently malicious and negative with one aim and one aim only, To cause fear and doubt amongst Tremor investors and nothing more.

Thousands of Tremor investors comments about you and your intentions over the years are a testament to this . Even some TLY posters here who visited Tremor boards and saw your handy work did see the truth and strongly advise you to STOP. But you nonetheless carry on with unbalanced one-sided posts disguising them as News/Flow .

Your unhealthy relentless obsession for damaging Tremor by over 30,000 posts over the last 7 years is well documented and there for people to see.

So If I post here on TLY ( a fraction of YOUR posts in Tremor) and give a News/Flow of my own you shouldn’t get agitated. You started this endeavor 7 years ago and now a few of us in Tremor are holding up the mirror to your actions

LOL Its NOT about my ignorance of TLY business, it’s the MARKET that doesn’t think these contracts are as valuable as you might think and that TLY simply isn't profitable enough !!!

Look they have won enough of these contracts and the SP is still in lower 30s after two years.

You or others here should not get too agitated, I am just following the TLY "news flow" and the market in the REAL world , perhaps in response to you having following Tremor news flow for the last 7 years and flooding our Tremor boards with 20-30 posts A DAY ( and you seem to be back again ) !! so no hard feelings .

THAT is the true meaning of being "Pathetic" stt1, when you Troll other Boards on other peoples investment and flood them with many many thousands of negative posts over many years as you have

As for TREMOR's investment case you need to be careful and not mention TLY and Tremor in a comparative way

Even with the latest drop in the SP to £5.50 over the last 2 years or so Tremor is STILL outperforming TLY as an investment by almost 100%. Look at the figures of SP growth in both companies i.e. from their lowest points (9p & £0.9 ) over the last two years!! LOL

Yes… well time will tell my friend… And If I were you I wouldn’t try and draw too many comparisons between the two companies…Very different beasts ( Thankfully) !!

And in the meantime, so far today 6 people in the whole of the country have traded TLY shares. A rather different story isn't it ??? LOL

£7m contract win by TLY !? Really ! ?...Isn't this what TLY (or any other company) are supposed to do, to win contracts so they can EXIST ? How much of a difference all these wins has had on the SP ?

It’s the quality and profitability of contracts that really counts e.g. how exposed those contracts will be to market RISK in the medium to longer-term.

The Market has been VERY clear on Its view on TLY over and over again despite any contract win, Director buys, or the length of NHS waiting lists. The business model here just doesn’t cut it, hence a drifting SP and VERY poor daily trading numbers.

This share just carries too much risk from unexpected NHS/Government change of course.
Drip drip announcements of contract wins, director buys, supposedly good results and no amount of growing NHS waiting lists has made any difference as the SP continues to stagnate.

One hates to think what would be the immediate result of any BAD NEWS in the SP here !?

Only a few trades per day speaks volumes as to how interested the Market is in TLY.

He so desperately been trying to convince others that he always buys t the very lowest SP and manages to sell his shares at the very highest price.!!!

One has to wonder exactly why one so strongly feels the need to resort to pure and stark deception !!

Yes, TLY has been due a significant rise for the last few years. Perhaps reaching 40p in a year or two at this rate providing no bad news comes out of course. And bad news does have this habbit of coming out just when you expect it least !!!
