YES, but It will only take ONE NHS Trust to change policy and start to cancel contracts for the SP to be hit HARD overnight. Not to mention what may come out of the politicians mouths at any point.

The Market has NOT and will not distinguish nor care about how many different NHS trusts there are hence the lack of investment over such a long period, markets are never wrong for long.

The risks in TLY are reflected in the stagnation and the falling SP

Yesterday only 6 people in the whole country traded TLY shares only 6…!!!!

Best to be objective and not let blind share emotions and attachments get in the way of sound investment decisions.

Yes , Tricky myself and a few others started to provide a sample of the same medicine that your fellow poster Stt1 has been dishing out here . BUT only with a couple of differences:

We waited over SIX YEARS before we stared to respond back and we are NOT posting up to 30-40 posts on daily basis on TLY as stt1 has been on Tremor threads.

Hope even hardcore TLY posters such as yourself can see the difference !?

The sheer overreliance of TLY on 'One Single Customer' ( NHS) to such a great extend makes it vulnerable to all manner of change in government/NHS policy. It will be rather too optimistic to presume that any change in NHS is always going to be to the Upside .

We all saw what happened to the SP when a mere White Paper leak became public and I don’t think TLY SP ever recovered form that to this day.

This is the Risk that other investors have also recognised and made their exit that the SP could be wiped out overnight at a stroke IF/WHEN unfavourable changes in policy are announced.

The only ' Objective Reality Check' that has any analytical value is the complete and constant rejection of this share by the MARKET .

The SP has been under pressure and falling whilst TLY was being awarded contracts, and during Directors Buys. etc etc. Recent results also didn’t do anything other than lowering the SP even further !!!

Winning Contracts/Tenders is one thing but whether those contracts are going to be financially meaningful to the Balance Sheet is another.

At best this firmly remains a JAM TOMORROW company that repeatedly has shown it cannot make a decent profit despite so called advantages it has had.

Clearly the Market is NOT convinced about the whole 'business plan' and operations within TLY is it ?

Even regarding something as FUNDEMENTAL and 'Globally Recognised' in the current Ad-tech industry such as 'CTV Technology' the following statement is what STT1 said little over a year ago !

Nice to see you have now having to resort to plain lies and twisting reality and pure guesswork. I actually encourage people to read my posts from 4-5 years ago…but guess they have better things to do with their lives than that!!

As you are VERY WELL aware the truth is that I didn’t even start buying my first trenches of Blinkx shares even 'anywhere near' half of what you suggest in your lies and guesswork.

I did however, as mentioned a few times over the years I averaged down cautiously 'on and off' (on drops of between 10% to 50% in share price) eventually arriving at a very low average……Final result being that EVEN NOW as we speak I am in a very comfortable profit.

But you KNOW all this anyway don’t you stt1, you just need to twist things to look good in front of your fellow TLY shareholders ????

Well Bumble, as an ex-investor in TLY, you did well to walk away with some profit from this share when you did. A timely exit.

YES, As Said on numerous times, given a string of potentially good news that followed the disappointing last set of results one would have expected some upward movement from the SP.

However, yet again the Market was NOT impressed and little interest from any NEW investors.

As we all know, the Markets always know best in the end.

Remains an unloved and boring share that carries a high percentage of 'Opportunity Cost' verses investing your money elsewhere.

Holding this share now is like walking through a minefield. A few potentially damaging events lurking round the corner such a significant possibility of Law Suits on the 111 service, ever evolving gov/NHS policy re-evaluation ( we all saw what a maar rumour from the 'White Paper' did to the SP not that long ago).

Other factors such as the likelihood of contract cancellations news and announcement of below expectation Profit or even losses at the result can be seriously dangerous and damaging to this fragile share going forwards.

Have you thought about directly sending all your predictions and supporting material ( specially the Links…lol ) to a list of potential Investors in the 'Health Service Sector'?

Perhaps you should ask them directly why they are NOT investing in TLY despite ALL the evidence and progress that you are presenting. OR in reality, isn't it the case that most of such potential investors KNOW something about TLY and how it operates that has so far compels them NOT TO BUY TLY shares?

You need to take a long hard look at your investment track record in TLY and its performance before you gloat and sneer at investors on Tremor BB.

Regardless of your fantasy expectations, so far, Tremor is still well over 100% more profitable than your TLY investment.

So if the increase in 'call volume ranges' and triggers for additional pay to TLY within the contract terms are so 'far apart' that even the Covid rush volumes will NOT be enough to trigger significant additional pay for TLY, then one has to wonder who negotiated such contracts on behalf of TLY..!?

This kind of explains the overall inability of the TLY operation to negotiate realistic Targets/KPI in such contracts and make a decent profit.

The truth is that investors see through this and therefore NOT willing to invest in this company until substantial profitability is proven.

Markets are never wrong in the end Stt1 the Market DID give its opinion on the last set of results and the 'Balance Sheet' which dragged the SP from Low to even lower levels.

Certainly a share that should be avoided for a while! Too many uncertainties

And ofcourse, not to mention " The growing hospital waiting lists " that everyone here including yourself has been bangging on about.

IF as you imply this should benefit TLY then why is it that there has been no positive impact on the Market sentiment here.

A grand total of 19 people decided to trade this share ALL DAY TODAY. That should tell you everything

TLY business should have benefited from the unfortunate impact of Covid . Increased 111 calls are one prime example, Yet TLY, despite additional Covid pressures still can NOT produce the necessary results that the Markets are looking for.

That’s why NEW significant investment is staying away from this share and we all see the result in the depressed SP.
