Can you clarify how things stand in relation to Balcombe, please.
In your RNS of 02/08/21, you wrote that Angus will be making its appeal to the Planning Inspectorate and is presently preparing its statement of case.
But hasn’t the delay for submitting this appeal now expired?

Civil Works

We havent seen any evidence of civil works starting at SFB. Concrete foundations will be required for the equipment and ISBL pipe work.

Equipment power generator & switchgear was planned to arrive in October, Separators storage tanks & ground flare was planned to arrive this month November, Gas compressor also in November – see 11 August 2021 RNS No. 34411.

Having all the necessary foundation completed will save time. Can you please clarify as to whether the civil works have started? If not, why not? Thank you.

Can you tell me in your view what you feel is happening with Angus Energy efforts to get to First Gas?
What do you think has caused the delays? The lack of equipment prior to todays Tweet to come on site. The Shifting of First Gas in CPR. The lack of foundation works to date? The confidence level of the market being insane everywhere and where Angus value play is on this (project only)?
