Lucan has secured financing and nobody should be under any illusion you could get a plant up and running again with a processing facility to boot for £3m, no chance. The very fact is that there are activities on-going and I reckon the EA permit may be the biggest bottleneck or limiting factor.

If the Environment Agency gives the greenlight via Permit Approval then Saltfleeby becomes a genuine reality.

I firmly believe this permit is the make or break regardless of dates.

First Gas Date: Lets just manage our own expectations.
Management cant deliver a sound expectation, so I anticipate April (Optimistic) or May 2022.
However, Id rather they over deliver and under promise right now.

All timelines have been missed by a country mile.
The one thing Ill give Lucan credit for is in his Video Interview when he said if First Gas slipped into the new year dont shoot him.

So he may well know the true timetable but desperately trying to muster the interest by over promising and persistently under delivering date wise.

I am still hopeful, 1.5p-2.0p no chance anytime soon, if warrant holders at 1.35p average (1.2p-1.5p) provide some much needed capital injection as that is already part of the number of issues...

My estimates 1.275bn shares in issue (warrants etc), and then whatever the brokers and MMs want to value this at so 2p is £25m region.

This was once £50m+ on hope, now on a path towards Production of a spiked price asset class at £8m market cap.

Also when there is a period of exponential value in an asset class such as gas, those developing a gas project will face challenges in the supply chain and procurement, why because demand is sky rocketing for spares, repairs, specialists on EXISTING fields etc

Angus have done alright so far, they are slow and notoriously poor with meeting deadlines. Maybe everyone should never take their dates seriously and JUST WAIT it out.

Yanis, I know you are hurting and hurting deep in this shares. Take a look at ADME, RBD, UJO and others, we are in a stronger position. All the naysayers who say they arent fully funded havent bothered reading the CPR where it says the funding amount should cover the overruns etc. How do I know? I read the damn report.

So, give them a chance to make it right. I am thankful they have a Q&A section which saves time on the proverbial.

Yanis read their response in RNS and on the Website regarding a schedule - it was an aim/intention not a definite. Also I expect the plan or schedule to not materialise.

So please relax, nearly December and hopeful (money where mouth is) that this continues to progress irrespective of delays.

A lot of new commentators on here have educated us all on how real Oil/Gas operations and commissioning happen.

Please revisit those.
