Strong Buy for me
Placings RNS permission fine by me
We need to have options and could be for Lidsey or Geo too.
Cashflow isn't instantaneous as soon as taps flow in May etc.
However
After much reflection
I thank you derampers
I am looking to buying more ANGS shares the lower it goes
And no, sorry I won't be buying at near placement levels
I shall await the shorters and MMs to fleece the weak
Did you know having run a detailed intraday analysis over many months the conclusions are quite revelatory;
1. There are major sellers and Brokers selling via the ASK and Bid which is normally for a short attacked share like Angus
2. 15-20% of daily trades of sub 1m shares are being bought at a price then sold at a lower price with a very short holding period. As little as intraday and more often a week holding grace. This has persistently contributed to the decline as Brokers can see the weak trying to day and swing trade Angs shares so keep lowering the bid.
3. The regular 1-5m sells are merely short sold hits to the bid and carousel shares. With ZERO Tr1 Holding so major Shareholders news (RNS), I am pretty confident these sells are simply to maximise profits for Market Makers and recycled.
4. Pre placement news a lot of the 115.4m allocated new shares were forward sold from 1p thus gaining the notorious placement investors a lovely 30-40% profit down to 0.61p. With an extra 115.4m newly minted shares on the market this has created the desperately needed liquidity for Brokers to create the perfect storm. Nearly all AIM stock placements result in a share price decline as the stocks coming onto market get short sold and brokers sell their fees in shares to bank the cash. However in Angs we have had the churn in shares over 80m in quick time. I suspect unlike BIDS and GDR we are going to bottom sooner at 0.5p levels then back up.
5. Yesterdays bid drop to 0.55p so ZERO SALES OF SHARES at the bid price. Suggesting no one had stop losses here and Market Makers wanted to test the depth as too short sellers. We know Berenberg have been playing a tune in Angs with 99m sat on Ask in September near 1.05p and then more recently 33m sat on Bid at 0.55p. So hit the bid dropped the share price with 3m sales at 0.61p but a few days ago were willing to take 6m+ off me at 0.675p. How very convenient.
6. This has created a great opportunity f
