Whatever is coming for the raise I would say is value accretive.

That could be for Lidsey or Geothermal.

Think it's bullish mate, think that they are about to acquire a geo asset or need a workover drill for Lidsey, that drops their cash in Bank below debt covenant levels .. so they must maintain cash above that level at all times. Now I've had a think about it it could be a raise higher for £750k... May add another million at 0.5p

So is the raise needed to buy a geo project asset and that would immediately drop them below the debt covenant levels?

They clearly say the reason to dilute again is for debt covenant reasons and that's a bank balance thing... So maybe there is imminent expenditures on acquiring geo project assets etc.

Firm hold for me.
First Gas and production in May 2022 may cause cash outflows.

So how much more to raise.... £750K at 0.6p?

The surprise is why the sudden raise now... When we just had a £0.75m raise. Why not wait till First Gas...
