What we have had is an RNS with a sense of urgency

That tells me a big deal is about to be made somewhere with ANGUS ENERGY and that they need to capital increase for that primary purpose.

It's not as if they'll state that they are in talks for a deal... That would raise SP unnecessarily.

And who is to say 2 brokers run a balanced book

So all the printed sells to pressure share price are simply stock transfers between the tag team... Fake drop etc.

Fundamentally an exciting opportunity presenting itself....

What's the imminent expenditure before First Gas?
Is it Lidsey development?
Or Geo Land acquisition?
Or a major event like a merger?

Agreed it's not a raise yet.
However they are intent on spending lots of cash before Revenue generation why ... I agree it's prudent but would've preferred it at AGM as BAU.
