I cannot afford to be optimistic here on timings.
However, Id was under a similar assumption; that the CPR clearly indicating a timeline of end March 2021 for First Gas on the premise EA approval is obtained.

That CPR was dated October 2021. So,if they are in active engagement with the EA (I doubt as they said in Q&A they couldnt predict timelines) they would know.

Lets see as the £750K parted cash guys/gals may have been provided some further non-market sensitive details.

They shall see the date pass... although it was in the CPR prior to the capital raise placement.
Placement holders may have queried these dates too... assurance wise otherwise their £700K flips or trade arent looking great.

EA permit is the number 1 critical element irrespective of potential dates of First Gas.

It is this GREEN LIGHT that converts the Saltfleeby Gas Project to a viable REALITY.

Environment Agency is absolutely critical but timelines wise it is by no means a dead cert by 17th Dec 2021.
Why? Its Xmas and the workforce is already powering down.
So lets see where we go.
The market, shareholders and the company wait. It is the make or break.
If it is declined with conditions attached that pushes first gas to April/May whilst they address.
The Environment Agency has already given this site a previous permit, a variation of a moderate degree here, with sky high gas prices wouldnt be too clever by the Agency to decline.

1. Permit Approval / Denial for Saltfleeby Gas Project by the Environment Agency
2. Lidsey Planning and Production intentions
3. Geothermal project enablement for Transitionary reasons

All in all at £6m market cap SWEET FA priced in!

Again... We have seen two distinctly high valued placings before massive news

139% dilution for 2p in Bids and bang 4p
38% dilution for 25p in GDR and bang 71p

Angus is probably one of only a handful of AIM companies that are going into BRAND NEW REVENUE MAKING production early next year in Gas IMO
