I am quite prepared to see a delay to Environment Agency permitting.
Hence April May 2022 First Gas
Hence share price
Hence placement
Hence market apathy

Look at BIDS 125% share price off the back of certainty i.e. deals.

With an Oil and Gas Stock, the permit is 100% share price and market value critical.
The permit has not been granted yet and therefore the Project is in Cloud Cuckoo Land even with equipment on site.
No different to a house with no planning permission. It could be a £1m home and 19 bedrooms but no good if Planners say rip it down.
So with Saltfleeby the share price is tied to that reality.

The Permit must be approved!
If not reasons why, how the company can meet the stringent requirements as Planning Consent as too OGA given already!

Because if you had 100% sellers all negotiating 65p to 70p levels this would've been absolutely smacked down to 0.60p a week ago.

We have had 135m cumulative volume

There is no reason to not believe some forward selling has allowed OTHERS WHO WANTED TO buy large at 0.70p

I have seen my sell quotes up and down like a yo-yo

Selling upto 9.50m shares in one go at 0.66p

So I shall await.

If we can successfully get Environment Agency permit approval this would be a greenlight formally of course.

There is a lot of money waiting to buy at 0.60p no different to GDR placing at 25p and dropped to 17p then bagged 2-3x

I shall hold firm and steady towards first gas.

The maths look compelling enough for me.

Market likes certainty
Equipment must continue to arrive
Environment Agency must provide an answer asap on permit
The of course groundworks, connections or delays if permit is declined.

If declined or not forthcoming first gas April/May.

I have just posted a March 2022-September 2022 forecast for Revenue

Suffice to say according to this mode assuming 100p/Therm Jul-Sep and still only at 5mmscf/d
The Revenue directly to Angus Energy exclusive of debt repayment (although shown in calculations and opex for that period) is a whopping £6.6m i.e. entire MARKET CAP in 9 months DIRECT.

Phenomenal revenue generating machine if we get:
5mmscfd at prices that remain elevated

Lucan must know the pressure is absolutely on to get Saltfleeby pumping per Hedge date of July 22.

Its a company game changer if they can pull this off.
Positively without Question in my mind.

I'm not in the "it's straightforward" Permit camp.

The approval or declining of a permit is CRITICAL.

It's what separate a Jam tomorrow project to a real engineering transformational project here.

Variations can take long based on queries....

Having analysed many of these off the list, I can see Sch5 queries and and permit award taking anything from 1 month to 6 months thereafter for permit issuance.

So we just have to ride this out, they have submitted updates to models, flaring and other issues I suspect.

It is not a given Yanis - no way and it isnt simple as they are doing something that wasnt set-up at Saltfleeby and that is processing.

So lets see!

A once 40 bopd (upto 191) Lidsey prospect with full remapping analysis done for Oil
Then of course the slow burner Geothermal play.

Vs the other stocks - this has real near term catalysts that are somewhat positive in comparison!

Nom is a short seller, nothing needs explaining. Look at all the stocks he comments on, a paid short seller SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED to post on a private investor UK forum board like this.

It 42p average, yes youre out by £750K per year!

That 5p short seller LIE of average per therm is £71.4K per month

So youre out by £0.75m per year with your sheety deramp of 37p!

Its 42p+ average!

We need a little bit of consolidation.

I mentioned this somewhere else, the forward selling of nearly 3/4 of 115.4m placing is relatively rare.
I havent seen that much pre-allocation day on an AIM stock (as intensive as it was) often.

So, horse trading goes on.

Take a look at RBD UJO UKOG EDR etc its a sector sell down.

Angus Energy is on the CUSP of something positive and we need to see the Environment Agency come good with a permit award.

It was once an operational site, although the processing onsite are new so, may be that is the delay or future delays with regards to Noise Modelling and Flaring.
