100m? no one because any approach would amount to an admission of guilt and the company would be worth multiples of that based on they infringed the patent. Any chance of a buy out approach from Samsung is going to be very small, they set off down the litigation route for good or bad.

I'm not sure Samsung have an option to buy any more, it might have been available to them last year. Firstly they would draw a lot of unwelcome publicity , and secondly I'm not sure the UK gov would allow it unless the had a investment plan at the very least.

I'm not sure samsung buying Nanoco is an option as they would have a viable plan to overcome government objections to foreign takeover of our tech companies. They won't be allowed to buy Nanoco to make a court case go away and nick all the IP that isn't going to happen .
