Interestingly we also had more info on the time line which showed how Samsung tried to resolve the process without success until Nanoco showed them. Right now all the arguments are in for a judgement. Roll on judgement day.

The idea of a take over by shareholder Aaron Banks has returned. He is floating the idea of creating value by braking up Iofina into its separate parts of Iofina Chemical, Iofina X for the CBD . He floated the idea of a takeover sometime ago and its back, the current board have hardly covered themselves with glory with a number of failures. They have had a few wins but a growing following are getting disheartened at the BOD lackluster performance.

There are some serious players around this, I don't think we've been given a time frame for SatoshiPay to achieve critical mass, but it probably like a piece of string you can't push it it has to be pulled through buy the users. Its a busy market place and difficult to get a handle on how well progess is going. Looking back at the RNS releases, we get a SatoshiPay update every 6 months or so.

What I had in mind was maybe an update on this potential new phase, as that sort of suggested a deviation or change which intimated we might hear some results of the negotiation or maybe a new partner.

Satoshipay don't get a mention but its worth a watch to get a overview where it is projected to fit in. Will it have enough volume to be a player or worth a takeover bid.?

JJ, yes you are correct it was just a guess of who the NOC could be. Up to the RNS I was considering Petropar as the have a huge budget to expand down stream. But now I suspect its Petrobras. It feels like a done deal apart from signing on the dotted. Just a bit of idle fun while we wait
