The sellers could be Stena who dropped below 3% so Don't need to report. There were some large accumulation on the prospects of CDB, which didn't materialise so they could be selling out. The IG margin calls have to be finalised by end of month, Friday.
The 900k loan was a complete FU imo. If you add in the hemp purchase its over a $1 million and if that goes pear shaped it will come off the bottom line. The completion has over run and they won't update.

There are a number of things pulling this down, we have a BOD which some might say have under performed and have a tendency to go off at tangents away from the core business and no success. The latest being a hemp seed deal which has rumbled on and yet to be concluded successfully. One bone of contention was lack of director buying which has now been resolved in a small way. Since the raise we have had a lot of selling and that has taken a toll on the SP. Sales have been hit by covid in lower xray usage. On the up side Iodine prices are good and holding, xray is coming back, loans have been resolved and funds are available for another plant when required. It just needs strong sales.

Might be well funded, but do the have the skills to bring these masks to market. This machine should have been commissioned in the factory that built it to prove it was fit for purpose, easy to ship the materials and run it for a week or so. Who in ther right mind takes delivery ove a custom machine un tested. Now we find out they can't produce the 5 ply and they only have materials for a couple of months. Should this machine run in clean room conditions? Have they even considered distribution and sales, any forward sales? Even reading the RNS trying to give a positive view makes this look like a fiasco.
Any investor here should consider capital preservation.
