the enormity of scale and some risk, I believe it will be a consortium of at least two majors if SOLG were to be bought out right.
A bid of 2b, around 96p i belive, or 3b, £1.44 is a realistic prospect currently, ( I stand corrected if these figures don't match up re our current Market cap) ,this is a big shift form pre recent regionals where some where talking of 50-60p.
If we look at the funds required to explore these other projects, without a conditional funding package then it seems further dilution would be inevitable.
As two majors already hold a fair slice I think its inevitable SOLG will not be able to hang on to what we have on our own.
I think knows this, which is why he has always said he is open to a sale at the right price.
