I appreciate you’ve all done your own research, would someone be willing to briefly say why they would invest here rather than NYCT, going to invest some next week and I haven’t decided yet between the two?

when it comes to production, we can keep our 25/30% by getting a conditional funding package to fund our share of costs, look at SOLG for an example of this.

Holding 30% of Hav is always going to be the best in terms of value for GGP are holders. Its ours and it will take a hefty sum to buy the 25% we end up with.

The same model could repeated on the other projects if they turn out to be successful, if NCM don't want to do the same there will be others willing to take their place for Scally, Goliath etc

Don't believe for one second majors such as NCM will do us any favours, they already have the 70% of Hav at a bargain price, as long as we don't give away too much early on.

For me keeping the 25% of Hav is the best route for us to go down re value to share holders over the longer term.

when he says he is excited about it, I really don't think that relates to bid news, that's not how it would be announced, I'd suggest its more likely to be about a new discovery, funding or more likely PFS break down/expalantion.

Patience required, as those of us who have been here a long time know full well.

Will the drill bit turning we are certainly heading in the right direction again and could see a sustained rise form here as new projects are proven up/ confirmed.

Until/if we get a conditional funding package then the potential for bids is high IMO

Tbh not been following the CGP stuff any more, not interested, if they want to take the risk of being bought out at a higher price, then that's their choice/risk.

A potential 3 other tier 1’s discovered, all new and the restart of drilling

It’s always the drill bit that does the talking for explorers, which is why I’m so relieved after well over a year of no results
