whats your quote on them kamakiriad?
So we made roughly £15m from non COVID products, and have £100m in the bank. That's what we can base our future value off. £2 still seems dirt cheap.
What we need is a legally bound consortium of private shareholders in Novacyt... I think it would be wise to move forward on that as it would bring private investors in line (pressure wise) as the funds.
Regardless of what he has invested, he makes a valid point and contributes towards the board regularly. ]
I'd be happy to stand by you in this WBAFC, only have 1500 shares but feel the same way as you. Letting this winter go by without protecting shareholder value close to murder for the share value.
As someone whos just graduated their MSc, hunting for pathways into management, I could really use the funds tied up here, but refuse to sell at a loss. Just wish the funds were available to double down at this point.

Someone pay it for fun, please ????

Hi, I have a quick question regarding whether, because NCYT is duel listed, it would have to wait until a day when both markets are open to release an RNS?
Graham topping up his retirement fund?
As long as we all still have our smell and taste for our pigs in blankets...
Can we also point out that government statistics count people with 1 dose as "unvaxxed"
Passports are totalitarian and vaccines don't ensure a person will have a lower viral load or lesser effects. My mother and I for example, both had covid, she's double vaxxed, I'm not, she gets it worse and has a higher viral load... Making them mandatory is pointless...
Its incredible how easy it is to overcome the effects of this virus in one of the world's most densely populated countries.
Invst, West just need to stop caring and accept that this is a part of life now. Return to normal life plz
Are the government using letters or numbers for covid updates now? Reckon they need a meeting at 10 downing street to decide....
Might be a good thing, consolidate 300, and gives us a nice handle to our cup it if starts to rise again.
All the best guys, next week could be the one.
I've had 0 since I was 16 nine years ago, and still rarely get ill... Do you actively avoid those who haven't had the flu vaccine because apparently they'll give you the flu, or do you just accept you've had the flu vaccine and you'll be good regardless
Do you get the flu jab every year Kitty? If not... are you an anti-vaxxer?
How do you lot seriously think this vaccines works?
If my t-cells operate to any level similar to someone with a vaccine (and some studies suggest actual covid increased immunity more than the vaccines anyway), you are as likely to catch it from me as you are a fully-vaccinated person. I would actually think you are more likely to catch it from someone who is vaccinated now, as there are no visible symptoms and a lower viral load to make lfts useless in warning you.
The claim that I am more likely to get it if I'm not vaccinated is poppy**** - but sure it may be applicable to those who are unvaccinated whos t cells either cannot cope with the virus or have not had to deal with it yet.
And how does the jab give me any different protection than having had the virus twice? T-cells evidently know what they are doing without the need of a dose of a dead virus...
I remain invested here purely because of the general publics inability to accept covid is now a part of life. I will not have the vaccine because I've already had covid twice, and don't see what benefits it will offer over actual infection - especially as we are now seeing companies claiming their vaccines are no longer effective against this new variant. By no means anti-vaxx either, truly outstanding that they've managed to develop and administer as many doses as they have this past 12 months, but why are we not just giving them to those who need them most.
An example, the first time I had covid was just over a year ago, was almost the best week of my life, I was waited on hand and foot, no work, no pressures. 10 days off, fully paid, sitting in bed playing Xbox at the expense of my taste and smell for 4 days. However, when my mother caught it more recently from the school she works in, double vaxxed, she was extremely ill, got through god knows how many inhalers and 4 weeks a later still has no smell or taste. Now I would happily give the vaccines I am meant to have to people like her who will genuinely suffer.
Honestly, we need to live our normal lives again. We don't lock down every winter for the sake of flu cases. Give those who need it a vaccine booster (want an extra? - have mine). If we prioritise the right people, like we do with the flu every year, we can live normally - stop wasting vaccines on kids.
