Neil doesn't control Parliament so Neil's comment is no more than a best guess. Parliament will get round to debating it in their own good time, we just have to be patient and hope it's sooner rather than later.

Those aren't what I'd call battery recalls.

Hyundai and Kia is for the charging unit not the Battery.

Stellantis does not mention the battery, it could be any electronic component or wiring, not the Battery.

Toyota is for the battery reporting software, not the Battery.

BMW is also for software issue, not the Battery.

None of the above would lead to batteries being replaced.

Porsche and Jaguar are Battery recalls where I'd expect battery replacement as very likely.

The Arbitral Tribunal has ordered ETAP to pay a principal amount of US$6,139,539, reflecting a revision in the price of Brent crude oil used as a basis of calculation, approximately US$2,700,000 late payment interest levied up to the day of the ICC-1 Arbitration decision, US$395,000 as reimbursement for procedural costs associated with the ICC-1 Arbitration, and US$450,000 in legal costs for a total amount of approximately US$9.7 million.

Interests in connection with late payment will continue to be levied until full recovery of the Award is made.
