Everything they are doing is to help get the Ewoyaa Agreement Ratified, even if it takes a little bit longer, that is what this Government wants to happen.

For reporting purposes approx 61m is 3%

Dr Cooley went up 2.86% last week so it looks like he bought 58m of those sold at the end of last week, pretty much all 3 of last week's big sells.

Dr Cooley bought 2.05% yesterday so looks like he picked up 40m of those sold earlier this week.

So the buyers of the 75m and 85m still need to announce their 3%+ holdings or increases to existing holdings.

Whoever bought those big chunks must have a very positive view of the future of the company, nobody throws money away on something they don't believe will make them a very good return.

It's a delay, but it's certainly nothing more than a delay. It'll go through in early January I suspect. They restart Parliament around 7 January, have done every year.

Yes, Committee chairman said they had asked the Minister for Lands to get the Bill in to change the Royalty rate ASAP so it could run in parallel with the Ewoyaa Agreement Ratification, so as to avoid any further delays to the RAT.

The Minister for Lands says they've worked with the Attorney General to get the Bill ready to be laid before Parliament. That seems to say that it's ready to go.

So just waiting on the Committee to complete their review of the agreement and opinions on it, to then give it their approval and lay it before Parliament with their recommendation to Ratify it.

The last posts SC made on these boards was the news that the London Stock Exchange was ordering the FCA to crack down on attacks on AIM listed companies via discussion boards like this one, ADVFN, Twitter (X), Linkedin, etc.

SC posted that news on 5 boards here, just 5 boards that he regularly posts on because he's a shareholder of those companies and thought that the other shareholders would be interested in that news, but LSE.co.uk banned him for 'spamming' when he only posted on five boards. Maybe they didn't want people to see that news, who knows.

Existing mining agreements are not affected by new rules until those agreements are up for review, which is likely many years away. That has been stated by the Ghana Government.

Analogy:

If you bought a car and in the purchase agreement it said you'd get 5 years of servicing at £200 per year, if the cost of a service for that vehicle goes up at any time during the 5 years, it doesn't affect you, you still pay £200 per year.

Just for a second, think how this looks to the Chiefs of the Mfantseman area and the thousands of people in that area that are desperate for the project to go ahead, they must be fuming if they can see this disregard for them by the minority that not so long ago were the one's telling these people how great the project would be for them.

That this Honourable House adopts the Report of the Committee on Lands and Natural Resources on the allocation of the sum of GH¢2,108,555,490.00 for the services of the Ministry of Lands and Natural Resources for the year ending 31st December 2026.

So, as you see, the Royalty law currently being rushed through Parliament is perfectly aligned with the Ewoyaa agreement, as the Ewoyaa agreement has that same Royalty provision embedded within it! The point of all this is to get the Ewoyaa agreement Ratified ASAP.

Another thing to do is write to the company, tell them to report those posting disinformation etc to the LSE, the LSE will then refer the information to the FCA and tell them to do something about it. Those reports will then connect up with your reports of the same users here.

As per:

The point of the LSE pressuring the FCA is that in the past the FCA would only do something if they had a clear cut case of market abuse, which in most cases discussion board posts do not prove that.

In some cases they would investigate the financial trades of a few, but most would get away with it or just get a warning.

Now the LSE is telling the FCA to get it's finger out and stop those destroying the credibility of AIM listed companies via discussion boards.

The years long or even decades long tirades of disinformation targeting specific stocks (one username only ever posting against one company and always negatively for example) is what the FCA are now being told to fix.

So if you know of any usernames that have been doing this, then report them to the FCA, because now they have to investigate those users.

My point is, that if you report posts on here, it won't do much if anything. Posts will be removed but the culprits not banned or only banned for a few days then return and carry on with the same agenda.

You have to report to FCA to get anything done.

This site will do nothing, has done nothing about market abuse, ever.

The LSE that is chasing the FCA is the London Stock Exchange, this site is London South East which is in no way connector the people running the London Stock Exchange or FCA.

The only way to get any action on those on here is the report them to the FCA giving detailed description of your suspicions and examples of posts that demonstrate that.
