I have the current price at $1420 on:

With Spid at $1420 and sill rising on a daily basis, I can easily see the price being above $1500 by the time the Ghana Government are back looking at the Ewoyaa Agreement.

What that would mean, is that the Royalty is then 7%, not the 5% that the minority opposition keep bleating about.

I'm sure the majority in power would love to see that happen so they can wave that 7% at the minority and laugh!

It's not a case of where at this moment in time, it's a case of where on 22 January when the presentation happens. Get MSC signed off and another trial lined up by then and that's your answer.

Come end of January I suspect the price to be above 20p and, by end of March above 30p. I'm not bothered what it closes at today unless it's magically above 30p.

Regarding Uranium demand, it's always worth noting what the experts in the field say. Most of the growth in demand detailed below is for Net Zero aims. Data Centres and AI will add even more demand.

You're talking nonsense. You just don't understand legal matters, I do.

No idea where you get that notion from but it's clearly incorrect.

There is no guarantee costs will be awarded. If they are then they are to pay the lawyers fees, they are not some sort of bonus for the Lawyers, that is why they are awarded as 'costs' not 'bonus, buy yourselves some Dom Pom'.

Lansdowne don't then pay the costs again, the Lawyers can't be paid TWICE for the same work!

That could mean 70% if costs are awarded but only 60% if costs are not awarded.

The Ratification has to be 99.999% a certainty now, as Ghana Government have created the sliding scale to clear the last blocker of it and, Atlantic have accepted the sliding scale in the agreement. For me it's now just a matter of weeks and should in theory be ALL ours before the end of January.

Suppose the Government return on 7 January like they did this year, the 21 days for the sliding scale bill will be up before the end of January and the following day it will be 21 days since the Ewoyaa Agreement was resubmitted.

I'm already looking forward to Atlantic subsequently announcing all the offtake agreements that have been on hold awaiting Ratification. Big Chinese battery OEM(S) like CATL, European vehicle OEM(S) like BMW). Feb/Mar are going to get really interesting.

Well I was right about the no win no fee lawyer!

I was a bit off with the percentage but it's all risk based so I guess the lawyer says it's a higher risk than I perceive.

As below, don't forget on a successful win we could be awarded all costs on top of the claim plus interest, the awarded costs would go somewhere way to paying for the no win no fee lawyer.

Barryroe claim is then ringfenced and the litigation is paid for by a no-win-no-fee lawyer, thus not costing us or the RTO company a penny and, if successful, existing shareholders get their share of the winnings once the legal fees and taxes have been paid. No-win-no-fee lawyer would take about 10-15% after costs, but if the court awards costs to LOGP then it's just 10-15% of the award ignoring any costs awarded as they go straight to the no-win-no-fee lawyer for their hours.

And here it is. From.ASX. We all know Ratification is a given now, despite the company having to be cautious for legal reasons.
