Long State took two placings, go add them together (not including the Security Shares) and then calculate what percentage off this company shares they hold. I make it 5.9%.

What that means is that if they sold 0.91% to drop below 5%, they would have to advise this company of the reduction in their holding, and this company would have to advise the market with a Holdings RNS.

That has not happened, therefore Long State cannot have sold more than 0.9% of their placing stock.

I don't believe they have sold any and that when the holdings are updated on the company website (last updated in December but not showing Long State) it will prove me right.

SC was not booted out for anything that the hater trolls like to claim with their fake news.

Here's a link to SC's last post on this site, SC posted the same information on the boards of only 4 stocks that SC is a shareholder of, as SC deemed it was useful information to shareholders of those companies, seeing as those boards had such activity for years. 50% of the stock is held by PI's, these IMVHO are the people selling and buying this stock while the II's wait for RAT. Plenty of PI's loaded up on the dip to below 6p and later below 7p, these are the people selling to take a nice profit, hence the random numbers of shares sold. Meanwhile, as you say, there's plenty of PI buyers getting in ahead of RAT. Sellers can only sell what they hold once, buyers can buy over and over again.

All I have said is that "Whether by design or not, this would be beneficial to the trial" so there is no ramping anywhere in my post or any claims that the movement of the Leandra has anything to do with timing of trial sign off, it is merely an observation that the new route is a benefit logistically whether by design OR NOT.

Long State haven't been selling anything.

1) If Long State were selling it would be in round numbers like 500,000, they wouldn't sell a random number of shares like 634,876 for example, so that trade yesterday is not them.

2) If Long State had sold that many shares they would have to issue a Holdings RNS every time they dropped below a percentage point, so below 4%, again below 3%, again below 2% and again below 1%, no such RNS has been issued, therefore they have not sold anything.

3) You can be as suspicious as you like, but that doesn't make something fact, you need to prove things to make them fact, and so far, as per the above, there's no proof that Long State have sold any stock, therefore your claim "a definite sell by long state" is not a fact, in fact it's incorrect.

4) Long State are long term shareholders, they want a much bigger profit on their stock and are looking at years ahead not as per what their MD advised "Philip Ho, Managing Director of Long State Investments Ltd, added: "We are very pleased to support Atlantic Lithium at such an important stage in its journey. I'll say that last bit again "together we can deliver significant value through the successful development of the Ewoyaa Lithium Project and beyond.", which means long term shareholder, NOT a company that will sell the stock for a small profit 3 or 4 months later.

There's absolutely no way to know if that trade is a buy or sell because it's intentionally delayed to cover up that information.

If you click on the information icon at the end of the trade it shows it's an Ordinary trade, which means it is through a Market Maker not SETS and, it also shows Delayed Publication, something MM's can use to hide trades until after the close, regardless of what time of day they were done.

If done yesterday morning the trade is a buy. If done later in the day it's a sell. That's the whole point of Delayed Publication, to prevent the market from knowing the true nature of the trade and reacting to it.

The price can be where it is for many reasons, mainly because the MM's have a lot of stock to sell, supply and demand. Sometimes a seller but could also be MM's keeping the price down to squeeze sellers out whilst filling a big buy order for one of their institutional clients.

For the first day in months, Spod only had a small rise today, up $10 to $2,200. Taking a little breather today.

The price range squeezed up from the bottom, the highest price paid stayed the same, Price Range:$2,070 - $2,330, yesterday's price range was $2,050 to $2,330, so lower prices are still being eroded, if that continues then the average price will continue to go up.

MSC Leandra at the end of last year was on a very tight route around Italy and Malta. It's now changed to a route that takes it way closer to Antwerp, all the way to Valencia, Spain.

Whether by design or not, this would be beneficial to the trial, as the vessel could end it's scheduled run at Valencia, Spain and then continue straight on to Antwerp. It would just be good logistics to do it that way.
