So, who was it that yesterday was saying "no news before the results"?

As I said yesterday:

It's total nonsense to claim that nothing will happen before the results RNS, total misinformation.

1) The company cannot plan it's RNS to suit when it expects news.

2) Financial results are produced when they are completed, which they can predict by the amount of work done and the amount of work remaining, results are not 'timed' to when the company 'feel like' producing them.

3) Financially sensitive news can drop any minute of any day and, by the rules and regulations, the company MUST RNS that news the instant it becomes aware of it. Results announced in a month's time DOES NOT change that.

I just had a thought. The Lands Minister on the video where they presented to stakeholders, he said he wanted the Royalty Bill to be put in and to run IN PARALLEL to the Ewoyaa Agreement. If they are running IN PARALLEL then they should both get to the vote at the same time (which would be one right after the other as they can't do a vote for two different things at the same time).

For the amount of time we've held/accumulated the stock, another month is no big deal.

However, there is still a possibility that the Lands Minister, instead of waiting for the 21 days for the Mining Sliding Scale Royalty Bill to default into law, he can call a vote on it and get it passed straight away.

A vote would IMVHO be the right thing to do, to demonstrate to the populous that the law was chosen to be put in place by a majority, rather than just left to happen because nobody could be bothered to try and stop it.

If that were to happen, I would put money on the Ewoyaa Agreement Ratification being put to the vote immediately following the Mining Sliding Scale Royalty Bill, as it makes sense to keep them together, so that the context of both is not lost due to a time gap when other business is dealt with.

Could be, but currently there's only 1.23b shares in issue, so 100:1 would reduce that to 12,300,000 shares, which would completely kill liquidity stone dead, so I'd say not. 1.23Bn shares gives good liquidity, something companies, brokers, MM's and II's all want to see.

It WILL happen.

1) The Ghana Government created the new Mining Sliding Scale Royalty Bill for one reason only, the get the Ewoyaa Agreement Ratified. It has spilled over into other mining but that is just coincidental that whilst looking at the sliding scale for Ewoyaa the Government thought they could apply the Ewoyaa law to Gold etc.

2) The Ewoyaa Agreement to be ratified has been changed by agreement between Atlantic and Government to include the Mining Sliding Scale Royalty. This shows that everyone is on the same page, no disputes exist.

3) The Ewoyaa Agreement has been resubmitted to Parliament by the Majority Party, a party that hold two thirds of votes. This means that the Majority Party back the Ewoyaa Agreement and want it ratified.

4) The only thing that can stop the Mining Sliding Scale Royalty Bill from being passed, or the Ewoyaa Agreement from being ratified, is for the Minority Party to get two thirds of the votes to veto, and that is NEVER going to happen.

5) The current price for Spodumene means FFD is guaranteed.

6) All future forecasts of the Spodumene price by different analysts all over the world show prices that mean the mine WILL go ahead.

7) With ratification in the bag, offers for Atlantic Lithium could well appear very quickly, as Assore want Atlantic's share of Ewoyaa, multiple other companies especially Chinese would also be very interested in a ready to build Spodumene Mine that has every approval in the bag and is ready to start construction. Chinese Battery and Lithium companies that mine Spodumene/Lithium have had their mining production restricted within China, so the only way they can build production is to find sources outside of China and, it's not very often they could pick up a project that has an all in cost of just $610 per tonne, which they can if they buy out Atlantic Lithium. I doubt very much that we will need to wait for mine construction to get the big return on our investment, I believe we will get it with a buyout of Atlantic Lithium soon after Ratification.

The 'Global SAF demand' also is not limited to the demand projected. The 'Global SAF demand' is from some marketing report that tries to analyse demand and supply, who is making SAF, where is SAF being produced, what are the current build out plans for SAF refineries? Right now, supply is limited, some refineries are being built and, at the rate production increases, that determines the demand, because nobody can demand more than what is being produced at any stage in the growth of SAF.

The truth for HUI is actually that the more SAF you produce, the more SAF uptake will increase in line with it, as the only limiting factor is the amount that all airlines Globally can put into their fleets, they want it, all of it, airlines would buy it and use it, there's never going to be a time when supply exceeds demand, you could sell every drop if you had 1 plant, 10 plants, 100 plants etc.

Unlike you, I don't get FOMO. I already have millions of shares, a few more now isn't going to suddenly make me a fortune, I can afford to sit on what I have and I can afford to pay 3p in July if it gets there, because what I am interested in in the CH-1 drill to prove up the TCF they believe is there, AND the potential for that drill to find Oil in any of the traps it penetrates, especially the huge Unit 2.

I had HUI pencilled in for a £150m to £250m market cap this year once it gets some project(s) lined up for Steelworks (market cap depending on the project size and number of projects). But if they land a SAF project with say, a big MENA airline, such as Emirates, Qatar Airways, Etihad Airways or Saudia, then you'd surely want to double those targets. A deal with someone like Neste, ENOC, ADNOC or MENA Biofuels would also be huge.

Most of the time, Parliament is recalled ahead of this. The last time is was 4 days ahead, which is Tuesday 27 January, which fits with the usual Parliament sitting of Tuesday to Friday. If that is the case then the recall must be issued next week.

The article covers DRILLING equipment, so CH-1 DRILLING.

What you are trying to twist that into is CIVILS and PROMISED TIMELINES which clearly have slipped.

If DRILLING equipment is arriving in loads of 1000 tonnes per shipment over multiple shipments in August there is no way they are going to drill CH-1 this year.

So you believe that with several shipments STARTING in August (and you have no idea how many trips back and forth the ship will take to complete the delivery) that they can get all the equipment shipped to Ntorya by slow LOW LOADER or slow BIG TRUCK, have the entire rig set up, test and commission the rig, then drill CH-1 before the rains pours down in November. I can't see any way that is going to happen.

I'll just keep holding the stock I have and buy some more in July/August.
