With Donald Trump announcing he's postponed threatened strikes on Iran after "productive" talks, and Tehran denying that any talks have happened, Nicholas Hopton - former UK ambassador to Iran - says that "both sides are unreliable interlocutors".

Hopton, who held the post from 2016 to 2018, thinks it is "encouraging that at least the president of the United States seems ready to start talking and negotiating towards an end of this war".

This "suggests that he's preparing the ground perhaps for some kind of de-escalation", he tells BBC Radio 5 Live.

However, Hopton says that "the most likely outcome" to the conflict is an "inconclusive one", where future flare-ups are possible.

With the US demanding Iran gives up its nuclear programme, while Tehran wants sanctions relief and to keep the Islamic Republic in place, Hopton says that "neither side is going to fully achieve the objectives they have described".

As I've said many a time, MSAR is not doing a LONO, it's doing a verification few weeks PoC and after that MSC and potentially others will use MSAR commercially based on its existing Interim LONO and the verification PoC, by paying a premium on their insurance.

As Peter says that MSAR in particular is price competitive and that it's where our focus has to be, then I see all of the work setting up supplies around the world as primarily for MSAR and that MSC could sign off commercial supply agreements right after the PoC data analysis, so way before year end and way before bioMSAR gets its LONO.

IMC calls often revitalise interest in this stock, as clarification on timelines and explanations on delays make things clearer to investors.

One thing I'm pretty sure on is that the work done around the trials in the past few months wasn't done for nothing and, all parties again confirming their intentions to COLLABORATE to get the trials signed off after this length of time says we WILL get there.

Yes, very positive, very assured, very reassuring.

I feel 2p is not far away and reachable before sign off, 3p or 4p would be the minimum I'd want to see on the ticker on the news of sign off, so plenty of upside for everyone that's loading up now.

I'm fully loaded, probably overloaded, have been for ages, so just happy to sit back and watch the price recover to where it was last year (4p for quite a while) and then see what the news does for it.

Iran denied previous talks, I've searched the news and cannot find any Iran statement on today's news, where are you getting this from?
