Oh we can, we definitely can! And I'm sure we will, in the near future, unless a bid comes in that makes it worthwhile for shareholders to take the money and run, which may well be the case in the current 'grab all critical metals' market.

Late trade reported 1,750,000 at 2.30p. Looking at the smaller sells only achieving 2.25p I can't see a trade this big being a sell, as it would have only achieved 2.2p or even 2.15p, so must be a buy IMVHO. (no, it's not a SETS matched trade, it's an Ordinary trade so the stock has come from a Market Maker to the buyer)

The last bid proves categorically that bidders don't need to see the optimisations before making a bid.

The optimisations were known to be happening well before the bidder approached with their offer.

The bidder didn't wait around, the put their bid in which was high enough to get them into discussions.

Those discussions would have included Atlantic Lithium advising the bidder of the benefits of the optimization.

October 2024 RNS: "The funds will be used for the optimisation and technical refinement of the Ewoyaa Definitive Feasibility Study......"

RNS March 2025: "Completion of A$10m Equity Placing, led by the Company's largest shareholder, Assore International Holdings Limited ("AIH"), to enable Project-critical activities, including the optimisation and technical refinement of the Ewoyaa DFS, which will be incorporated into the documentation to support the Board in making its Project FID."

February 2026 RNS, a bid made without knowing the results of the optimisations previously announced as per the above: "Atlantic Lithium advises that it received a conditional, non-binding, indicative change of control proposal for the acquisition of 100% of the Company's share capital by way of a scheme of arrangement (the "Proposal")."

Question 5: Relating to the MSC project. MSAR rollout post MSAR PoC completion, is this still the plan as it was not mentioned within the interim results RNS? If not, then why not, if yes, can you provide some detail on the plan once MSAR PoC is confirmed as complete

Answer 5: Yes this is still the plan, subject to securing residue feedstock supplies from refineries which is a priority for Quadrise.

Question 19: Can you confirm If MSC has informed Quadrise they`d be willing to use MSAR commercially under the interim LONO and if so how many vessels would that involve assuming agreements were reached??

Answer 19: This has been conveyed verbally by MSC that technically they see no obstacles to using MSAR, but would like experience from the Leandra V proof of concept. Commercial considerations from MSC regarding MSAR uptake will be based on availability geographically and price vs fuel oil. They are one of the largest bunker fuel consumers with their fleet of some 1000 vessels, of which 2/3 are owned by them

Question 20: Are MSC considering commercial MSAR use on completion of the MSAR proof of concept regardless of what happens with the biomsar trial?

Answer 20: Yes.

Question 27: Do MSC regard standard MSAR as their main QED fuel choice in the immediate future with bioMSAR use dependent on economic conditions going forward?

Answer 27: We believe so. Alongside economic conditions, regulatory factors linked to global IMO standards will also be an important factor for MSC bioMSAR. This is not necessarily the case for all shipping companies however regarding the use of liquid biofuels.

Question 39: Peter, you said in your interview this week "particularly MSAR offers price competitiveness, so that's where our focus has to be", so is the intention to roll out MSAR commercially once the PoC data analysis is done and the PoC signed off as successful by MSC?

Answer 39: Correct, subject to securing a refinery offtake agreement.

Yes. They already have. They don't need a data room, there is no data room, it's not drilling oil wells. There's a Definitive Feasibility Study that's public information, it has everything in it that is needed to make an offer, it's like a printed version of a data room. They can see the Spodumene prices and adjust the DFS IRR and ROI themselves from the published DFS.

We've had 3 offers so far, all based on the DFS.

I wouldn't be surprised if bids had already been received once Ratification was announced.

Bids can come in regardless of the optimisations because the bidder can only find out if their offer is worth discussing if they put it forward in the first place. Once in discussions, Atlantic Lithium can advise the bidder of the results of optimisation and the bidder can revise their offer.

Offers are not based on knowing what the owner will accept, because that is impossible to know until a bid is made and a discussion had.

Offers are based on the bidder doing it's own valuation of the assets and business, using all of the information available to it. Then it decides what discount it wants to try and achieve, because nobody pays full valuation if they can avoid it.

Suppose a bidders valuation comes out at £500m, they decide on a 20% discount for their first offer, therefore offering £400m. Atlantic Lithium then give them the details of the optimisations claiming that adds 20% to the ROI. The bidder agrees and offers 20% more, making it £440m. The bidder is still £60m below their own valuation, the only question then is if Atlantic Lithium will accept £440m or try for more.

Trump has indicated to senior officials that he is open to wrapping up military operations against Iran even if the Strait of Hormuz remains largely blocked, the Wall Street Journal reported late Monday.

According to the report, Trump and his team concluded that efforts to fully reopen the key shipping route would likely extend the conflict well beyond his preferred four-to-six-week timeframe. Officials said the administration is now leaning toward scaling back hostilities after meeting core objectives, including weakening Iran’s naval capabilities and reducing its missile inventory.

Interesting that the market correction could be coming to an end soon, especially if it's accompanied by a official talks between USA and Iran with a ceasefire on the cards.

Google says "At the end of a stock market correction—a decline of 10% to 20% from a recent peak—the market typically resets valuations, washes out excessive speculation, and experiences a period of stabilization before resuming its long-term upward trend. Historically, corrections are brief, temporary pullbacks rather than the start of a recession, often leading to a rebound that can be as sharp as the decline."

The 455,000 trade looks like a buy to me. It's delayed and is therefore only showing as a sell because the price was moved up just before it was published. Also, no way do I see a sell of that size getting that price today, where's there's plenty of scope for it to get that price as a buy today.

Right now, with Ewoyaa being a ready to build Mine that everyone knows will breeze through it's FID and funding because it's financials are so good, there looks to me to be a big mismatch on the valuation.

Right now, Atlantic Lithium is valued at £105.57m.

Prior offers from 2 years ago were at £222m. That is what a buyer was willing to pay, it's not a number somewhere up in the clouds, it's tangible.

With Ratification, plus the increase to MRE post-DFS, plus the optimisations to IRR and ROI, Atlantic Lithium should, in anyone's opinion, be at least £250m right now.

£250m would be 33.4p per share.

Who's fault is it that it's not 33.4p? All the people trying to short term trade it for 10% instead of keeping hold for the 137% it would take to get it to a realistic valuation.
