I doubt very much that is Long State:
1) They wouldn't sell an odd number of shares unless it was their final block. Prior to that they would sell in round numbers like the 100,000 sells that are still trickling in on LSE to feed demand without trashing the price.
2) They wouldn't stick a block on just like that, they are feeding demand, if there's no demand evident they don't just bung shares on the market for the hell of it. They want the price to stay up, so they can keep feeding demand without ending up having to take a lower price or not sell.
3) The Aussie market is very low volume, I don't see them selling stock there unless demand really took off, like it did with the bid rumour. For me, they are just selling in 100,000 blocks on LSE. Look at the past 2 weeks of trades, they are easy to spot.
