MMs are playing good trick to buy shares from weak buyers. Next stop would be .3s or even .4s. They will move up quickly to position
30th April 2015, 3.7b shares were consolidated into 30m new shares. At that time they were trading in the range of over 40p.
After 5 years, today those 30m shares have become 1.5b and trading at the price 0.06p. That's the value this company has achieved for shareholders over the past 5 years.
So they want to repeat the same thing again this time as well but have been caught red handed with their trousers down by current shareholders.
5 years ago, the company asked shareholders, 'pay us 40p a share and we will give you one tenth of a penny back in February, 2020.' This is what actually the board of directors have achieved for current shareholders during the past 5 years.
This time they wanted to repeat the same. Terrible performance by these crooked people.
As I have said
After cancellation it doesn't really mean the business doesn't exist at all. This company still has shareholders and assets. In my view it will relist.
I believe company is not finished and can relist after sorting out its financial matters and winning the new orders
It still exist. After sorting out its problems, it will relist. Normally it stays suspended for 6 months and then relists at a multiple price gain.
Yes, this is still a ghost
That's a very assuring message by the chairman. As I've said Nightingale himself owns over 900m shares, he will be doing everything to make this company a viable business.
I think relisting could be anytime from now till 6 months. They also need to publish preliminary results year end 2014 by the 30th of June. I
Thanks Richard for the clarification.
It said if new funding is not secured or trading on sets is not allowed then it's shares trading will be suspended. It never said that, that will be end of it. So the way I get it is that, in worst case scenario it will get suspended and will trading again when things are sorted. Am I thinking right?
When you can't see a reason for the drop, that is the time to buy
It really needs to be at .5p before any update.
It's been a long time since I have been looking for a real growth stock. Then it came to my notice this company. I checked what they do and then the demand for it, and whether directors hold any of the stock. All those requirements have been met according to my understanding. Led lights and other green technology is the talk of the time. According to a surveyer I met, I have learnt that all new buildings are having led lights installed and old buildings which need lights replacement are doing so with led lights . All other products that the company has are definitely the products in demand. One thing I am not sure is that how big this company could grow? How big is the market for led lights and solar panels etc. that the company has for sales?
The opening price should be 4-5 £ after consolidation
AIM companies will be ISA able by 5th of August. Thank you.
Do you people have any expectations about the outcome of this reverse take over. What kind of deal are you expecting and how much dilution is expected. ANY predictions from anyone?
Thank you OsullivanB for the information. It is all clear to me now.
How long will I have either to sell or transfer when it will relist?
