I haven't been posting here as I have other more pressing issues to address like what the mainland is doing with the Yuan and the fact that Premier Putin is taking us to the brink because he can, and the USA can and will do really nothing - period - and economic sanctions against individuals will be shown to be illegal because they are. And also for fun USA shares in general are about 40% rich to fair value - ouch. I do not even know what PLE does and neither do I care. If the guys looking to push the TLDH/Minds and Machines share price the best way to do that is to go short. Talk is cheap. The share is easy to borrow as Fred, Guy and I own about 200 million shares in street name and there is no problem to go short - so knock your socks off and let them fly. Good luck getting them back when the day comes - and it will. In reflection what I think that Fred and Antony did that was really brilliant was doing the Geo's - dot London, dot Miami and the Germans - Bavaria and NRW. These properties in my opinion are going to be stellar. A lot of the bizarre new TLD's may struggle but some will do super well and some terribly. I think that the results distribution is going to be leptokurtic - i.e. fat tails in a lognormal distribution. I honestly don't care if Bonum has 3 names and this that or the other - why bother to type this noise? Do you honestly believe that anyone that matters about life is going to sell one share because so and so has posted on this board? That was so yesterday. The last placing was evidently not only placed but we then traded at a premium immediately in what has been a difficult market. That is not conjecture that is simply fact. What I have casually noticed is that the sales are small and that someone big is scooping them up. We could trade down as I think the market could get totally wasted, but not much. The properties are becoming known for what they are and what we have on Donuts is intelligence. It is not how many we have but what we have. No one was ever paid a fancy salary. fred has an enormous equity position. The interests of management and the shareholders are completely aligned. Maybe I am old fashioned but I like that.

I think that we will be fine. Fred is a genius and he will do what is right. No need to be overly greedy - and no harm in leaving some biscuits on the plate. What is amazing to me is how we can continue to be so patently undervalued. I personally think that after the dot London launch they should move this listing to NASDAQ. We would trade about 7 times from where we are now there IMO. GLA

The risk on this investment in my opinion - very fortunately - is not if it goes up in value, but the fact that it will probably get gobbled up for cash before the real value can be realised. $16 billion for Whatsapp and by the way they own n'adda? and we just happen to have prime geo's and after NYC arguably the very best geo there is - which is dot London. I really don't worry about breaking the psychological resistance at 20p - I just think that once the string contention process unfolds the opportunity will be removed from the current registry for cash with no carry on through equity in the purchaser at a decent price - > 45p but nothing like real value as I see it. I love the dubious posters talking about 'corrections' and in here but ticking down. It is really easy to short - but how about now trying to buy to cover? ;-) GLA

I haven't spent much time here on this board as I have been building my long Yuan short US$ position on this extreme recent weakness in Hong Kong. TLDH is doing great - I find it amazing that the tone of the board is a bit down. We just did a financing at 12p and are trading above 16p like a nano minute later in the scheme of things - what more do people want? Maybe I have a different view as I have been in the share since we started the company but I am really pleased with the performance. I don't want to see it rocket straight up - I think that the base building and quality accumulation that is going on is much healthier for further sustained gains going forward. For me it is all good in these early days and we are just starting the real news flow and revenue generation. GLA

I am delighted that we were in the private auctions and that we got dot wedding - and frankly I was not a fan of dot green so that is no loss in my opinion. There are better TLD's for environmentalists than the colour green which frankly can have some negative connotations in some cultures especially in Asia. The private auctions together with directly negotiated deals to resolve string contentions may be expected to accelerate now - that is great news and an excellent result so far in my opinion.

Frank Schilling probably just did a deal with Donuts - why pay auction fees? SP seems well bid for. A friend found it very hard to invest £25k on Friday I am told.

No need to get caught up in this reporting of trades issue and I personally do not believe that it is any conspiracy - the market makers are nice young men doing their job and creating liquidity by matching trades and that is what they get paid for. I do not believe that they run any large positions for their own book. My own analysis based on the flows that we have seen is that to mind there is still pent up demand from the placing that did not get satisfied and that is why we are already 30% up from the level that they purchased. Needless to say that is the highest compliment that the company can be paid as it shows real confidence from the investor community that they are willing to aggressively buy shares. It looks like a test of 20p is in store for us soon in my opinion. There seems to be rag tag amounts of 50-100k lots going through but there aren't any big offers in the millions that I can see. That implies the share price will get marked up on the marginal purchase which is good news. With time we should see a movement in the share price to a more realistic valuation of the company which is where I think that it should be at this stage of its development which is around 45p. The coming few months are going to be extremely interesting to see what Google and Amazon decide to do. If we view these private auctions as a poker game, these guys are the 500 lb gorillas with the most chips - will they want to play with us? Maybe no maybe yes. For them it really doesn't matter if the auctions are private or ICANN as they are going to pay what they will pay for what they want. The better insight which Antony expressed in TLDH's decision to participate in private auctions is who is better placed or will do a better job at promoting the new gTLD's? The players themselves or ICANN? Given the delays and issues we longer term holders have experienced, the answer for us is simple and it is not ICANN. What some may not appreciate is that ICANN is a not for profit so even if they do take a windfall on auctions - what are they going to do with it? How will they redistribute it? If Google and Amazon do decide to play in private auctions and I for one certainly hope that they do, it will be extremely positive not only for our company but also for the new gTLD's as a whole. Our company is extremely well placed and I personally am confident we are going to see a multiple of the current share price as this year progresses and as the contentions get sorted out. The share registry is getting stronger and stronger and on the recent mini tick up we can see that the offers are really thin. An early takeover is always a possibility but as I have said before this should be resisted until the value of the company is better reflected in the share price and in my opinion it certainly isn't now at this current bargain valuation. I think that in a few years we will end up with about 8 million names across the various TLD's returning about $15 each net and that should grow in double digits from there on. We therefore have the potential in time to be a multi billion dollar market cap company - why give up this hard fought for birthright for an early exit for cash? unless it is loads and loads of cash and we are certainly no where near that now.

I hope that they are in the February auctions as well. It should not be a question of having sufficient funds to make a meaningful play given the financing and their existing cash balances. All the other applicants have to agree as well to a private auctions so I guess that it comes down to logistics.
